With the continuous growth of the number of trains and the running mileage of the EMU(Electric Multiple Units)in recent years,the requirements for the stability and safety of the train operation are constantly improving.During the operation of the train,the poor lubrication conditions of the axle box bearings of the EMU and the wear of the bearings may lead to the phenomenon that the bearing temperature rises rapidly.If the abnormality is not detected and dealt with in time,it may lead to major accidents such as burning shafts or eagerly cutting shafts.At the same time,due to the different factors such as train operating environment and load,the temperature range of the bearing is large,which increases the difficulty of judging the bearing state.Based on the above problems,the research on the EMU axle temperature detection and alarm system had carried out in this paper,through the research technical route of system function and parameter analysis-detection system design and trial production-laboratory test.Firstly,according to the running conditions of the EMU trains and the functional requirements of the detection system,after actual investigation,the main defects of the existing axle temperature detection systems are summarized,the corresponding optimization processing methods are proposed,and the embedded EMU axle temperature detection and alarm system is determined.The overall design scheme and main technical indicators.Then,based on the parameters of the axle box,the simulation model of the axle box of the EMU was established,the temperature of the axle box as a whole was simulated,the temperature field of the axle box bearing was calculated,and the optimal installation position of the sensor for collecting the bearing temperature was clarified,which was used for the axle box of the EMU.The design of temperature detection and alarm system provides the basis.Next,in the hardware design of the shaft temperature detection system,the shaft temperature detection system is divided into power board,temperature board and communication board according to functions,and the hardware principle design and PCB design of each board are completed.The board adopts a dual-channel redundant design to perform anti-interference processing on the temperature board.On the communication board,the train Ethernet and MVB dual-channel redundant communication are used to ensure the power supply capability of the system and improve the temperature detection resistance of the system.Interference capability and communication reliability.Finally,in the software design,the software code writing of the EMU axle temperature detection and alarm system is completed,including the development of ADS driver,Kalman filter,Ethernet communication and CAN communication driver.Then,the detection system was tested in the ground test environment,such as temperature detection and communication,to verify the effectiveness of the system.
