With the increase in the population of large and medium-sized cities,the transportation pressure borne by public transportation on the ground continues to increase.The characteristics of large passenger capacity and high punctuality of the subway have gradually emerged,and it has become the priority public transportation tool for most large and medium cities.When a subway train is running,friction will cause the temperature of the train’s axle to rise.If the temperature is higher than normal,it will endanger the safe operation of the subway train.Therefore,online detection of the subway train’s axle temperature is of great practical significance.In this paper,based on infrared temperature measurement technology,the axle temperature detection and hot axle discrimination methods of subway trains are studied.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analyze the temperature measurement principle of the photon infrared detector,carry out the hardware circuit design according to the temperature measurement principle,including circuit function analysis,component selection and schematic drawing,design a photon infrared detector,and carry out Accuracy test,experimental results verify that the accuracy meets the requirements of subway applications.(2)Research on the method of axle temperature waveform recognition and axle temperature calculation.The "four-point positioning"-based waveform recognition method is used to classify the axle temperature waveforms;and the obtained normal axle temperature waveforms,a comprehensive use of interpolation algorithm and least squares method is used to establish a calculation model of axle temperature.(3)Research on the hot axle discriminant model.On the basis of the traditional hot axle discriminant model,a hot axle discriminant model based on fuzzy support vector machine was established,and an experimental platform was built in the subway vehicle base to verify the hot axle discriminant model with field data,and the experimental results were verified The validity of the hot axle discriminant model.
