In the process of high-speed railway(HSR)network construction in China,some newbuilt lines are connected to hubs by introduced into existing large-scale stations,resulting in a large number of station rebuilding project,which affects capacity and normal operation.To elaborately analyze the factors and mechanism of the capacity under the condition of construction of a new-built line,to correctly calculate the capacity,to accurately evaluate the capacity utilization level is of great significance to optimize the station operation organization during the reconstruction period and to reduce the impact of the construction to both station and passengers.Focusing on the specific scene of a large-scale HSR station rebuilding construction of a new-built line,this thesis firstly analyzes the influence of construction on station capacity,then researches the method to calculating station capacity and evaluating station capacity utilization level,and finally carries out case analysis.The main work of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)The basic theories of HSR station capacity under normal operation conditions was analyzed from three aspects: theoretical system,influencing factors and calculation methods.(2)The influence of new-built line introduction construction on station capacity was systematically studied from three aspects,including yard designing,construction organization and operation management.The definition of the HSR station capacity under new-built line introduction construction was studied.(3)A mixed integer programming model was established for capacity calculation of largescale HSR station under new-built line introduction construction based on job shop scheduling problem(JSP).Equipment availability 0-1 variable and route group were introduced to simplify the model.The solution process of the model and the decision rules for the use of tracks and routes were given.(4)An evaluation system was established based on various statistical indicators reflecting the capacity utilization level of HSR station,and a model for capacity utilization level evaluation of large-scale HSR station under new-built line introduction construction was established based on EW-VIKOR method.(5)The proposed framework was applied to Shenzhenbei Railway Station under newbuilt Ganzhou-Shenzhen HSR introduction construction.The results show that the combined-yard layout will greatly interfere with the operation of HSR station equipment.The new-built line introduction construction will affect the capacity from three aspects: blockading technical equipment,increasing operation time and changing operation scheme.The greatest characteristic of station capacity under new-built line introduction construction is the dynamic change of available technical equipment.The models can effectively calculate the station capacity and utilization level under construction conditions.The capacity of Shenzhenbei Railway Station during rush hours in 2 construction stages are28 trains per hour respectively.The capacity of bottleneck is smaller than the tracks.The number of using parallel routes is the main factor affecting the capacity utilization level,and the capacity utilization level of Shenzhenbei Railway Station is higher during the 2nd construction stage.The research can provide reference for the operation managers to master the variation law of the station capacity and organize the station operation scientifically and rationally under new-built line introduction construction.
