The pet economy in China is flourishing,and the market size is continuously expanding.The pet air transport market is also gradually emerging.However,there is a serious problem of homogenization in the pet cat air transport carrier market,and there is generally a lack of comprehensive consideration for the physiological and psychological needs of both the pet cat and its owner.This has led to stress reactions in pets and accidents,and has brought a bad experience for pet owners traveling with their pets.Therefore,designing a cat-specific pet air transport carrier that is safer and more accurate in meeting the needs of both the user and the pet cat is of great significance.To address the existing problems with pet cat air transport carriers,this article has constructed a design process combining big data technology and pet stress experiments with the accompanying application.The theoretical feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified through the production of sample models.This pet cat air transport carrier not only meets the needs of pet owners for efficiency,quality,interactivity,portability,safety,cleanliness,and sustainability of the air transport carrier but also effectively relieves pet cat stress reactions.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Semantics extraction is performed on e-commerce comments related to pet cat air transport carriers to build a user demand model,analyze feature relationships,and visually present the model.User profiles are obtained through data mining of user information and qualitative research.The user demand is obtained by integrating user demand feature relationships and user profiles and sorting them by priority.(2)Pet cat demands are analyzed through pet cat stress experiments.The physiological indicators of pet cats are measured and recorded before and after the experiment,and the stress behavior of pet cats is evaluated through the Cat-Stress-Score(CSS)to obtain measures to relieve pet cat stress reactions.The pet cat behavior map is obtained by observing the behaviors of pet cats during the experiment to obtain pet cat design requirements for air transport carriers.(3)The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to prioritize the demands of pet owners and pet cats,and the Function Analysis System Technique(FAST)is used to establish a product function tree and map requirements to functions and solutions.Based on the product solution analysis,the size threshold,internal space structure,and implementation of the intelligent hardware system of the pet cat air transport carrier are analyzed.(4)Integrated analysis of design semantics,CMF selection,and product function and structure are conducted to design the appearance of the pet cat air transport carrier and produce a sample model.The interaction information architecture and user flow are designed based on the solution requirements to improve design efficiency and visual consistency,and a high-fidelity prototype is produced based on this system.Finally,the effectiveness of the product is verified through subjective questionnaires and CSS scores.
