The rapid development of modern residents' living standards has promoted the further intensification of market competition.The focus of enterprise market competition has gradually shifted from the previous market price competition to the product innovation.The rapidly changing personalized demands of users have put forward higher requirements for enterprise product innovation design.Therefore,enterprises are increasingly attaching importance to the development and innovative design of new products,and intend to acquire the rapidly changing needs of users early and design them in a targeted manner to seize market share in advance and increase the user attractiveness of enterprises.According to the theory of quality levers,the return on innovation investment made by an enterprise during the product development will be far greater than the channels of manufacturing and sales.The Six Sigma design method puts the focus of product design on the user voice acquisition stage,which can improve the quality level of products while meeting user needs.However,the current demand acquisition method of Six Sigma design lacks the analysis of the potential needs of users due to the differences in user cognition,and the direct evaluation of the design scheme by users.In order to improve the innovation ability of products in the development stage,solve the problem of insufficient demand access caused by user cognitive differences and limitations,This paper builds a resource demand acquisition model of Triz system for similar cognitive user clusters.On this basis,a six-sigma design method for predicting products based on user needs is constructed to improve research on product innovation design methods.User demands trends of product were differentiated by fuzzy Kano method and clustered users with k-modes algorithm to get user clusters with similar cognitive types.The existing super-system resources such as user attributes and usage environment attributes in the cluster was analyzed and expanded to get potential super system resources.Potential product requirements and product design goals was established based on new resource characteristics.And the model is integrated with the Six Sigma design method,perfecting the Six Sigma design method.Acquired and evaluated the potential needs of users for new product development.It proves the innovative design advantages of the design scheme and verifies the feasibility of the design method by design example of round straw baler.These two methods are based on the Six Sigma design method and integratemultiple methods such as Triz,user cognition,and user demand acquisition to scientifically predict user demand,realize the scientific prediction and mining of user potential demand,and provide a user demand acquisition and New ideas for new product development.
