| Arm bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is an important process machinery and equipment for continuous transmission of ore and other dry bulk cargo in strip yard,which is mainly used in smelting,port,mine and other industries.The stable control system of stacker and reclaimer is of great significance to improve the reliability of equipment operation and guarantee the continuity and stability of ore raw material transmission and supply.In this thesis,on the basis of analyzing the mechanical structure,function principle and process flow of stacker and reclaimer,the electrical control system of stacker and reclaimer is designed,including the mechanism distribution scheme,hydraulic transmission scheme,hardware selection,network communication scheme and software programming.The control system takes PLC as the core and fieldbus as the communication tool connecting the external equipment and PLC master and slave stations.The control system adopts frequency conversion and proportional flow speed regulation system,encoder detection system,fault state man-machine interface technology and various safety protection devices,etc.The automatic control program of various institutions greatly improves the reliability of the system.Finally,the installation,commissioning,improvement and perfection were carried out in the field,and the linkage test of the individual mechanism and the whole machine was carried out.The test results verify the safety and reliability of the control system,improve the efficiency of the stacker and reclaimer,and meet the production requirements.In the aspect of hardware design,through the application of fieldbus,frequency converter,soft starter,proportional speed regulating valve,encoder,etc.,to achieve real-time monitoring,control and integrated management of bucket wheel stoker,PLC interface can communicate with external equipment through various communication protocols.In software design,the use of ladder program,and by supporting professional software compiled,easy to use,maintenance,fault point search,detection fast.By applying the large equipment management and monitoring system CMS,which integrates software development,network communication,virtual reality simulation,HMI,data management and other functional technologies,it realizes the integrated management of equipment running status monitoring,fault troubleshooting,maintenance reminder and production records,which greatly improves the advancement of the stacker and reacher control system. |
