An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Trust Mechanism On Stakeholder Conflicts In The Reconstruction Of Old Residential Districts

In recent years,with the advancement of the urban renewal process and its policies,the problem of the renovation of old residential areas has become the focus and focus of urban renewal.However,it is inevitable to encounter various problems in the process of renovation.The biggest resistance comes from the different positions and views of different stakeholders,which leads to various contradictions and conflicts.The renovation of old residential areas is a livelihood project and an inevitable stage of urban organic renewal.The smooth transformation of old residential areas is conducive to economic development,improvement of people’s livelihood and social harmony.It is of great significance to correctly handle and resolve the conflicts of interest in the process of the renovation of old residential areas to promote the smooth development of the renovation of old residential areas.From the perspective of owners in the renovation of old residential areas,this study mainly studies the impact of trust on conflicts in the renovation of old residential areas.First,it sorts out and analyzes the relationship between stakeholders involved in the renovation of old residential areas,and draws a stakeholder map accordingly.At the same time,the conflict and trust among stakeholders in the renovation of old residential areas are measured,and trust is divided into cognitive trust and emotional trust by using the theory of trust mechanism.Data information is collected by means of questionnaires,and then empirical analysis is carried out to explore the impact of different types of trust on the mitigation of conflicts,and then strategies and suggestions are put forward to achieve win-win results for stakeholders in the renovation of old residential areas,It is hoped that it can provide some valuable reference and reference for the practical work of the renovation of old residential areas in the future.This study is the first time to apply credit mechanism to the research on the renovation of old residential areas,providing people with new research ideas and thinking directions.This is not only an innovation in academic research,but also a new direction for practitioners involved in the renovation of old residential areas,that is,to improve mutual trust can achieve the purpose of improving relations and reducing conflicts.The research conclusion of this paper has certain utilization value and guiding role for the development of the renovation of old residential areas.
