Study On Landscape Renovation Design Of Aging-friendly Environment In Xi’an Old Residential Areas

With the progress of society,the level of economy and modern medicine has gradually improved,The average life expectancy of the elderly is prolonged,and the aging problem of the social population is becoming more and more prominent.Xi’an has entered an old-age society.Old residential areas in the city are still a large number of residential types that remain in the city.Because of the long history of construction and many existing problems of "not being old",they can no longer meet the needs of the elderly,so they need to be reformed urgently.This paper is based on the research on the renovation of aging environment landscape in the old residential areas of Xi’an.It mainly focuses on the typical old residential areas with insufficient utilization of space resources and the most prominent aging problem in Xi’an.By using the methods of literature retrieval,field investigation,interview,inductive analysis,case validation and other research methods,a set of reasonable utilization of space resources is created.Source,suitable for the use of the local elderly at the same time with a cultural landscape of human feelings.Firstly,this paper analyses the basic research of the old residential area’s adaptation to aging;secondly,it analyses the present situation and problems of the space environment of the old residential area in Xi’an;secondly,it summarizes the methods of the adaptation to aging environment landscape transformation of the typical old residential area in Xi’an;finally,it chooses the typical old residential area in Xi’an as the transformation practice,and carries out the practical verification of the previoustheoretical research.By investigating the current situation of the old residential areas and according to the basic characteristics of the elderly and the special needs of the environment,the principles of landscape reconstruction for the aging environment of the typical old residential areas in Xi’an are obtained,namely,the principles of safety and comfort,suitability,economy,diversification of space,combination of art and practicality,and strengthening the loss of landscape.Based on the analysis of many "unfit old" problems existing in the current environment of old residential areas,this paper uses environmental psychology and behavioral science to draw lessons from the excellent renovation cases of old residential areas at home and abroad,and draws a conclusion that the renovation method of the aging environment landscape of typical old residential areas in Xi’an is to make efficient use of limited space and create an aging environment.Equalization and detailed attention should be paid to the aging transformation of the infrastructure for the aged.Barrier-free ecology should be taken as the core to create an aging ecological environment and an aging cultural landscape with a sense of belonging should be created.It is hoped that this study will provide a new idea for the research field of landscape renovation of aging environment in old residential areas.
