With the rapid development of electronic information industry,power analyzer has entered the era of digital development.Real-time monitoring and analysis of power signals using power analyzer is a hot research topic.At present,domestic power analyzers focus on product diversification and diversified development of measurement functions,usually with waveform capture,harmonic analysis and power measurement functions.How to ensure a high multi-channel data continuous analysis speed on the high precision measurement basis is an urgent problem to be solved by domestic power analyzer manufacturers and research institutions,this process is of great practical significance.Thesis proposed a heterogeneous real-time processing system architecture based on FPGA+DSP+industrial process controller,and completed the soft design of this real-time system in order to meet the 30 ms continuous real-time data processing requirements of multi-channel power analyzer.Thesis conducted deep research on the following three aspects: high-speed transmission technology,system collaboration technology and parallel computing technology.The main work this thesis has done is as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of complex interconnection communication and system coordination among heterogeneous systems,a communication scheme that the industrial computer does controlling work and other devices being controlled is proposed.Thesis implemented the data transmission of high-speed interfaces such as SRIO and PCIe,and designed multi-frame buffered transmission scheme between DSP and the other two devices,realized parallel execution of write and read,thus improved the overall communication efficiency of heterogeneous system.2.Aiming at the requirements of high real-time communication and large amount of data interaction between DSP multi-cores,a multi-core communication scheme of "interrupt + shared memory" based on the underlying hardware is designed.This method can not only improve the communication response speed,but also realize the flexible and variable length of large amount of data interaction between DSP cores.3.The heterogeneous real-time data processing scheme is designed in view of the high speed requirement of data processing in multi-channel power analyzer.Firstly,the algorithm complexity of each part of the project is analyzed,and multi-means optimization is carried out by using tools to locate the key time-consuming part in the algorithm execution process.Then,the parallel processing architecture of "single communication core +3 operation core" is designed.The work of single-core serial processing of 7 boards is divided into multiple operation cores to realize data-level parallelism,and the processing time is reduced to one third of that of the non-optimized serial processing.Finally,hardware test platform of power analyzer was built for system test.The SRIO transmission between FPGA&DSP and PCIe transmission between DSP&industrial computer is tested in this thesis,as well as the DSP parallel processing,the result is that the processing time of single frame data meets the refresh rate of 30 ms,which conforms to the real-time processing index of the project.The heterogeneous system designed in this thesis can achieve high-performance electrical signal acquisition and processing work,well complete the functions of the power analyzer,is of great research value and practical significance.
