Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Zhangjiakou Community Elderly Facilities From The Perspective Of Active Aging

Since entering the new century,the changes in spatial demand brought about by aging have increasingly become an important topic in design research.Community elderly care has gradually become an important part of elderly care services,and the demand for elderly care cannot be ignored for the construction of community elderly care facilities.Faced with the severe aging situation,Zhangjiakou City,located in an economically underdeveloped area,has led the exploration and practice of community elderly care facility construction.However,through research,it has been found that there are some shortcomings in the planning and layout,operational management,and spatial design of community elderly care facilities.Some facilities have unclear positioning,chaotic functions,insufficient attractiveness,and low efficiency.Based on this current situation,this article attempts to propose targeted response strategies from the perspective of active aging,in order to enhance the ability of existing facilities to respond to elderly care needs.The thesis first analyzes and studies the theory of active aging,explains the concept of active aging,and compares different concepts of aging issues,summarizing the connotation of active aging theory.Combining the hierarchy of needs theory and environmental behavioral methods,analyze and transform the content of active aging,and clarify the connotation of the three core contents of active aging,namely "guarantee","health",and "participation",in the design of community elderly care facilities.Through the study of relevant facility construction cases in developed countries that have entered the aging process earlier,domestic urban community elderly care facility construction standards,and excellent cases,the characteristics and methods of elderly care facility design are analyzed,compared,and summarized,providing reference for this research topic.The study takes the normally operating community elderly care facilities in the central urban area of Zhangjiakou as the research sample,collects relevant information through various channels,and organizes and summarizes the location information,construction information,and facility function information of Zhangjiakou community elderly care facilities through on-site research.Divide existing facilities into three types:access type,daytime type,and care type.Select three types of typical case studies to summarize the main problems in construction.By distributing questionnaires to the local elderly population,we aim to understand the current needs and evaluations of the elderly population in Zhangjiakou for community elderly care,and identify the elements that need to be optimized for facilities.Finally,under the optimization principle corresponding to active aging,combined with excellent case design techniques,summarize and summarize facility optimization strategies targeting underdeveloped areas,adapting to local climate conditions,and meeting the connotation of active aging.
