Research On The Suitable Aging Of Public Space In Old Residential Areas From The Perspective Of Suitable Ageing

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the problem of population aging has been widely concerned.The old community is facing the dual pressure of building aging and population aging.In the past five years,the state has issued a security policy for the elderly population,which has also aroused the attention of the academic circles to the aging renewal of the old community.The old community is the main area where the elderly live,and the community public space is the first choice for the elderly to complete their daily activities.Most of the old communities in Beijing have the problems of incomplete function,low quality of facilities and single landscape level,which lead to the damage of the rights and interests of the elderly.Therefore,the old community public space needs to be updated.In this paper,the old community public space and elderly groups as the main body of the study,combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly and changes in demand,summed up the rules of behavior and activities of the elderly groups.On this basis,this paper makes a real investigation on the old communities in Beijing,and puts forward some design principles and strategies.Based on the changes of physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,this paper discusses the self-development,safety and site demand of the elderly.In the third chapter,four representative old communities in Beijing are selected to carry out a real investigation and research,from the two aspects of space environment and the satisfaction degree of group needs,and strive to find the deepest problems in the community environment.On this basis,the fourth chapter of the article puts forward the design principles to meet the needs of the elderly group,and puts forward the design method of public space suitable for aging based on the principles of comfort of environment,accessibility of roads,richness of landscape and suitable aging of facilities.Finally,taking Fangguyuan District 1 as an example,the previous principles and strategies are adapted through practical application Development and verification of aging.The innovation and characteristics of this paper are mainly reflected in the following two aspects:from the perspective of the research on the public space of the old community,this paper starts from a multidisciplinary approach,Combined with sociology and psychology,this paper makes an in-depth study on various needs;from the perspective of the relationship between the elderly and the community environment,it can improve the quality of the elderly’s material life and spiritual life from the perspective of aging,realize the community integration and sustainable development,and provide relevant reference for the follow-up development.
