| Along with the railway turnout as an important part of railway equipment,the force in railway transportation is more complex.The daily maintenance cost of turnout occupies a large proportion of the maintenance cost of the work section.In order to improve the quality of turnout equipment,it reduces maintenance and maintenance costs achieving the goal of reducing the full life cycle cost of turnout.This article takes the general speed turnouts of the Beijing-Kowloon line in the shandong province as the actual engineering background.The disease analysis,remedial measures and structural optimization are studied.The main research contents are as follows:One is to collect typical equipment failures and equipment diseases of different types of turnout equipment in the section management in the past 10 years.Through comprehensive inspection,sorting,and statistical analysis of the geometric dimensions,structural diseases,connecting parts,sleeper status,and other items of turnout equipment in 17 stations on the Beijing-jiulong Line,the occurrence patterns and characteristics of the diseases are identified,providing reliable data support for the arrangement of key maintenance work and equipment transformation and reinforcement in the future section,Propose strengthening maintenance and repair methods,optimizing the design of existing turnout structures,and selecting new turnout structures and methods that have been widely used.The second is to propose and develop precise repair and maintenance strategies for relevant turnout diseases.Through turnout polishing,turnout tamping,and turnout cleaning,from five aspects: pre operation preparation,labor organization,operation quality standards,operation process,and post operation quality comparison,in-depth research and analysis are conducted on typical turnout diseases of various models found,and practical and feasible rectification measures are proposed to optimize machinery,manpower,skylights,and operation processes,Propose suggestions for delaying equipment damage and improving service life,as well as performance improvement suggestions.Thirdly,from the perspective of structural optimization design,the weak structure of the turnout area was studied,with the 4249 turnout of the dedicated line as the main object.The structural optimization method for the plane line type and fastening system was studied.Summarize the optimization and improvement of the performance of switches,frogs,fasteners,and connectors for various types of switches in the section during dail equipment maintenance and repair.Using NUCARS dynamic calculation software,establish a vehicle turnout model,analyze the wheel rail dynamic response when the vehicle passes through the turnout,find measures to reduce the wear of the curved switch rail,and provide a basis for subsequent turnout design.Through statistical analysis of current main type turnout disease data,summarize the disease and fault characteristics of key components of the turnout,combine research and practical experience,propose relevant rectification measures,and propose improvement suggestions for component raw materials,maintenance and repair.The relevant research has achieved the goal of guiding workshop teams in daily precise and refined maintenance,as well as improving the advanced prevention of switch equipment diseases and improving the service life of equipment. |
