Actively fulfilling corporate social responsibility has become one of the main trends in economic growth,and Chinese private enterprises actively undertake social responsibility in order to meet the objective requirements of the changing world market.At present,some Chinese enterprises regularly publish social responsibility reports,actively fulfill their social responsibility and establish social responsibility index systems to measure corporate social responsibility.The purpose of this paper is to conduct an evaluation study on the fulfillment of social responsibility by listed companies,mainly proposing the use of entropy value method-grey correlation analysis to analyse the current situation of Yutong Bus’ corporate social responsibility and propose an optimisation scheme,which provides methodological guidance for enterprises to evaluate their own social responsibility,and also provides reference for better application to each enterprise in the future,with certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses literature research,quantitative analysis and case study methods,combining stakeholder theory and social responsibility theory,etc.Based on the definition of relevant concepts and literature review,and with full reference to the best practices of each company,this paper analyses the CSR index evaluation system of Yutong Bus according to China’s national conditions.The conclusions of the study show that,firstly,the paper makes full reference to the relevant literature and combines the corporate stakeholder concept and CSR evaluation.This paper therefore constructs a social responsibility evaluation system for Yutong Bus based on its stakeholders,covering seven levels and containing 17 indicators.Secondly,based on the financial data of Yutong Bus for the past seven years,this paper uses a comprehensive evaluation method combining entropy and grey correlation analysis to assess Yutong Bus’ social responsibility,and the resulting grey correlation values reflect Yutong Bus’ fulfilment of its corporate social responsibility.Third,the analysis reveals that the evaluation system of Yutong Bus’ CSR based on the entropy value method and grey correlation analysis can effectively compensate for the current lack of necessary data for the analysis and evaluation of Yutong Bus,making the evaluation results of Yutong Bus’ CSR more accurate and more in line with reality.Fourthly,through vertical and horizontal analysis of the relevance of each dimension of social responsibility,the weaknesses of Yutong Bus’ social responsibility performance are identified and targeted recommendations are made,thus enhancing the awareness and ability of the company to fulfil its social responsibility.The results of the above study have good practical significance.Enterprises can improve their social responsibility evaluation system and actively fulfil their social responsibility through the following aspects: firstly,raising debt scientifically to reduce the risk of creditors;secondly,improving the employee remuneration and welfare system to protect the rights and interests of employees;thirdly,taking consumer demand as the guide to increase business revenue;fourthly,improving R&D investment to optimise customer service experience;fifthly,increasing environmental protection investment and improve the disclosure of environmental protection indicators.
