Evaluation Of Flight Cadets’ Control Skills In Rectangular Takeoff And Landing Routes | Posted on:2024-01-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:S X Tang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2542307088995859 | Subject:Carrier Engineering | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In the past ten years,our economy has grown rapidly,and our air transport industry has made a great contribution.As a result,our civil aviation including transport aviation and general aviation fields have developed rapidly.But when it comes to air transport safety,even as the accident rate continues to fall,the overall number of accidents continues to climb.Most of today’s aircraft are more automated and electronic than those put into use before,but no matter how intelligent the aircraft becomes,the pilot will always be the pilot,playing a decisive role in the safety of the aircraft.At the same time,a good pilot must master the basic skills of flying from the time of pilot cadet.Therefore,by analyzing the operational characteristics of flight cadets and evaluating their operational skills,the orientation of flight cadets’ operational behaviors can be found out,which can provide theoretical support for the flight academy to overcome the deficiencies of traditional flight training evaluation methods,improve the content of flight training and improve the level of flight training.At the same time,it can better serve all airlines to train excellent pilots.The author has read a large number of literatures and referred to the current flight training quality monitoring standards and training program of the flight academy.Starting from the three characteristic dimensions of the completion degree,stability and timeliness of the flight trainees’ aircraft control,the author selects the indicators that can be used to describe the operation skills of the flight trainees.As the rectangular takeoff and landing route is the most basic training course,including complete take-off and landing stages,which is a training course that every flight cadet must master,the research selects the rectangular takeoff and landing route as the research object,makes a quantitative evaluation of the flight cadet’s control skills in the training course of the rectangular takeoff and landing route,and finally gets 27 indicators,including 15 indicators of completion degree.There are 8 indexes of timeliness and 4 indexes of stability.In the quantitative evaluation of the dimension of stationarity,it is calculated by using the time series similarity method.In order to integrate multiple indexes to evaluate the pilot cadets’ control skills of rectangular takeoff and landing routes,the entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation model was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to solve the weight of each index,and the distance between the training of each pilot cadets and the ideal value was calculated using TOPSIS,and the closeness degree was solved.Based on this,the maneuverability level of each flight cadet in the aspects of completion degree and timeliness maneuverability characteristics during each rectangular takeoff and landing course training was evaluated.Based on the rectangular takeoff and landing route data of 21 flight cadets,the evaluation indexes and standards of completion degree and timeliness are obtained by using the 3σ rule and discussing with experts.The entropy-weight TOPSIS was used to evaluate the degree of completion and the characteristic skills of timely manipulation,and the corresponding proximity degree was obtained.Based on the proximity degree between the stationary similarity measure and the degree of completion and the skill level of timely manipulation,the skill level of manipulation was divided into four levels.The control skill level of subsequent flight cadets was evaluated by establishing a comprehensive evaluation scale of control skill of rectangular takeoff and landing routes.The example selects the training data of another 5flight cadets on rectangular takeoff and landing routes for evaluation.According to the evaluation results,not only can the control skill level of each flight cadet be obtained,but also more energy can be put into training for the low stage to make up for the deficiency,which can improve the training efficiency and quality of the branch.At the same time,this evaluation model can be used as a supplement and reference to traditional methods to make up for the limitations of subjective evaluation. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Flight handling skills, time series similarity, flight data, rectangular takeoff and landing routes, evaluation indexes, flight phase division, entropy weight-TOPSIS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
