Study On Digital Transformation Strategy Of Cost Management Of NY Construction Group

In the era of digital economy reform,it has become a common consensus of all walks of life to actively embrace the tide of digital seizing.Enterprises have started the path of digital transformation and achieved remarkable results.The construction enterprises belonging to the traditional industry are also trying to explore how to change the traditional extensive development mode with the help of digital technology and create a new situation of highquality development.Compared with the digital transformation of large construction central enterprise,small and medium-sized construction enterprises have a big gap in business increment and capital stock,digital technology application level and digital transformation fault tolerance cost.Therefore,small and medium-sized construction enterprises need to formulate transformation strategies suitable for their own development in the digital innovation window period,so as to build their own digital advantages in the market competition.Cost management is the core factor of profit of construction enterprise,and also the key part of enterprise management system,the majority of small and medium-sized construction enterprises need to innovate strategic thinking,conform to the development trend of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization,take cost management as the breakthrough point of digital transformation layout,break through the pain points,difficulties and obstacles in the current enterprise cost management,form a joint force of cost reduction and efficiency increase,improve the digitalization level of cost management of construction enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.This paper selects NY Construction Group,a typical representative of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,as the research object,and provides an innovative strategic perspective for the digital transformation of NY Construction Group by studying the digital transformation of its cost management.Based on the research concept of combining theory with practice,this paper takes field actual investigation and person interview as the important starting points of practical research,and literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis as the method sources of theoretical research.And always the feasibility of research results,practicality,and applicability as the research purpose of the article.The specific research context is as follows: First of all,the article analyzes the difficulties and problems to be solved in the cost management of NY Construction Group through the field survey and the understanding of the cost management business process.On this basis,by referring to relevant cost management documents and successful cases of digital transformation,and combining with the latest digital technology system of construction management,a set of digital transformation scheme of cost management has been initially developed for NY Construction Group.Finally,around the transformation plan,analyze and discussed the operability of the transformation plan with the relevant personnel of NY Construction Group,listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions,optimized and improved the transformation plan,and formed a scientific and feasible digital transformation plan for cost management.The research of this paper is based on the close combination of theory and practice,set up the digital transformation as the research perspective,cost management as the research direction,focus on how to use digital technology to improve and develop the cost management analysis system of NY Construction Group.It is hoped that this research can provide direction and reference for similar construction enterprises to demand dividends from digital innovation and profit from enterprise cost management.
