| With the continuous maturity of digital technology,data as an important factor of production has become an important driving force for social and economic development.As the pillar industry of Chinese economy,automobile industry presents the typical characteristics of comprehensive upgrading in digital transformation,which is of great significance to promote the steady growth of Chinese economy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to carry out the research on the digital transformation of automobile enterprises.This thesis takes the decision-making process of digital transformation scheme of an automobile enterprise as a case to find out many common management problems of automobile enterprises.In order to solve this problem,this study combined with the results of literature review on digital transformation of automobile enterprises,and adopted TOE theoretical framework as the analysis basis.Combined with the resourcebased view and the high-ladder team theory,the influencing factors of the digital transformation of automobile enterprises are analyzed and extracted,and the configuration model of influencing factors of automobile enterprises is constructed.Then the questionnaire was designed and distributed,and 123 valid questionnaires were collected and tested for their reliability and validity.Finally,the data is studied by using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis,and six configuration paths for high-level digital transformation of automobile enterprises are obtained.Among them,configuration 1 has the highest coverage,indicating that in this configuration,the enterprise digital transformation has the best effect.Based on configuration path 1 and combined with the existing problems of the case enterprise,the scheme research is carried out from the basic objectives,strategic planning,basic principles,key points and safeguard measures of the enterprise digital transformation.Relevant strategies are proposed to solve the problems related to digital transformation of automobile enterprises.The conclusion of this thesis not only contributes a new perspective of configuration research to the digital transformation of automobile enterprises in theory,but also puts forward the management enlightenment to promote the digital transformation of automobile enterprises.It is hoped to bring some inspiration to the automobile industry enterprises and related scholars,so as to promote the progress of the digital transformation of automobile enterprises,so as to promote the efficiency improvement and sustainable development of automobile enterprises. |
