The space volume of ship nuclear power equipment is limited,the load lifting frequency is high and the variation range is large.The modeling and c ontrol strategy research of the secondary circuit system is an important means to ensure the safe operation of ships when they go out to sea,which is of great significance to the development of China’s shipbuilding industry.According to the requirements of science and technology projects,this paper studies the modeling and control strategy simulation of nuclear power secondary system.Firstly,according to the mechanism modeling method,the dynamic mathematical models of the main equipment of the secondary system are established,and these models are put into the Isimu real-time simulation system to form the algorithm library of the equipment model of the secondary system;Then,according to the system topology and steam water circulation process,the rea l-time simulation model of the secondary system is configured on the real-time simulation platform,and then the model parameters are debugged according to the design data and dynamic characteristic analysis to obtain the real-time simulation model of the nuclear power secondary system;Finally,a more perfect control strategy is designed for the typical loop in the secondary system,which is realized by Isimu to form a simulation platform for the study of dynamic characteristics and control strategy of nuclear power secondary system..By analyzing the operation principle of each equipment in the secondary circuit system,the mathematical model of the main equipment is established by using the laws of mass conservation,energy conservation,heat transfer and hydrodynamics;The packaging and storage of each equipment is completed in Isimu real-time simulation system,and the equipment model algorithm library of secondary system is formed;Finally,according to the system topology and the circulation process of steam and water in the secondary circuit,the simulation model configuration of the main equipment and the whole secondary circuit system is completed,and the accuracy of the model is verified through the analysis of equipment dynamic characteristics.According to the established secondary system model,the secondary system is divided into several control circuits,and the relationshi p between controlled quantity and control quantity is matched.Through the real-time simulation model of secondary system,the control effect verification and strategy optimization of representative steam generator water level control and exhaust steam hea der pressure control are carried out.The results show that the real-time simulation model of the secondary loop system provides a good platform for the verification of control strategy and provides a basic support for practical engineering application. |
