With many nuclear power units being put into operation commercial operation in China, more attention should be put in the safe and stable operation of the unit. As one of the practical and efficient method to training the operating personnel in the power industry, the importance of real-time dynamic simulation system is obvious. The research and use of the nuclear power unit’ dynamic simulation technology just start in our country, so researching nuclear power units full process full range of real-time dynamic simulation training system is urgently to be solved field one of the subject in nuclear power. Based on this,this paper takes the secondary coolant circuit of Hongyanhe nuclear power unit as the object, making use of the Apros simulation supporting environment to carry through the researching of modeling and simulation.In this paper, after anaylzing the background of simulation systems and the characters of Apros, According to the principle of modular modeling,The secondary circuit system is divided into subsystems.Based on the analysic of the characteristics and structure of the researching object,the model has been simplified. Then on the basis of the thermodynamic system diagram and the operation data,debugging the simulation system to the condition of full-load.Contrasting the simulation data and the operation data,the error is small.Furthermore additional dynamic test on the major equipment of the secondary coolant circuit,reasching how the dynamic disturbance will effect the output of turbine.The excellent arihtmetic and simulationu function of Apros gave the possibility of real time simulation.The function of model migration makes it possible that we can invoke,reuse and enlarge the model.The system can not only simulate the work process,but also provide a platform for economy analysis and fault diagnose.
