| With the development of China’s social economy and the complex development environment faced by the automobile industry,enterprises in the industry are generally faced with opportunities and difficulties for development in the new era.How to win by surprise in the complex market environment in the new era and obtain development advantages has become the era proposition faced by automobile companies.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the new era and achieve further development of enterprises,we must use scientific theories to guide enterprise practice,seize the opportunities of the Internet economy,avoid the impact of epidemic,chip shortage and other industrial difficulties,and we must achieve strategic transformation of enterprises and boost enterprise development through internal reform and business adjustment.This thesis studies the strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile through the dynamic capability theory.Through this study,we can find that Huahong Automobile has carried out three strategic transformations in its development history,and all three strategic transformations have successfully promoted the development of Huahong Automobile.Through further analysis,it can be found that the three strategic transformations of Huahong Automobile are all strategic transformations driven by dynamic capabilities.The success of Huahong Automobile’s strategic transformation is closely related to her strong dynamic capabilities.At the same time,this study found that in the process of strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile,the strategic transformation and dynamic capabilities of Huahong Automobile have a mutually reinforcing effect,that is,dynamic capabilities drive the strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile,and the successful strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile enhances the dynamic capabilities of the enterprise,thereby boosting the next round of strategic transformation of the enterprise.On the basis of clarifying the mechanism of the three strategic transformations of Huahong Automobile,this thesis summarizes the successful experience of the three strategic transformations of Huahong Automobile based on the analysis of the development status and trend of the industry in which Huahong Automobile is located,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile in the new period.Specifically,it is to enhance the environmental recognition ability and take precautions;improve resource integration capability and pool enterprise resources;strengthen management control ability and lead enterprise reform;build an innovative organization and enhance the ability of sustainable innovation;strengthen risk tolerance and do a good job in risk avoidance.This study can provide a reference for the strategic transformation of Huahong Automobile,and also can provide a reference for the strategic transformation of other similar automobile companies.This study has certain research value. |
