| In recent years,"environmental protection" and "energy security" have become hot social issues. In order to effectively solve this problem, and to achieve the economic and social development goals of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peak",China has decided to vigorously promote clean fuels. The promotion of clean fuels can not only reduce the carbon emissions of the automobile industry, but also optimize the allocation of energy resources. In this context, the new energy vehicle industry emerged as The Times require, becoming one of China’s emerging industries. Our country to give new energy automotive industry vigorously support and the help, but in the process of implementation of government subsidies of preferential policies, some rent-seeking phenomenon and the "scandal" accidents still happen, for the sake of reversed transmission new energy automobile enterprises improve the ability of independent research and development, our government has decided to further improve the threshold of the fiscal subsidy and decided to gradually reduce the amount of government subsidies, even the full withdrawal of government subsidies from the new energy vehicle industry,in order to encourage China’s new energy vehicle enterprises to improve the level of research and development innovation and establish the core competitiveness of the market,to achieve the dual drive of the market and technology.Since 2016,China’s new energy vehicle industry has gradually entered the "post-subsidy era".This paper takes the "post-subsidy era" as the institutional background, takes the government subsidy development cycle of the new energy vehicle industry as the time axis, and adopts the case study method to analyze the impact of the government subsidy decline on BYD innovation from three aspects: R & d input, innovation output and R&D efficiency. The main contents are as follows: First of all,The government’s subsidy policies for the new energy vehicle industry are reviewed,Summarize its development process;next,Selected 8 representative enterprises entering the new energy vehicle industry earlier,Statistics, summarize and analyze the impact of government subsidies on R&D input, innovation output and R&D efficiency;once more,Select BYD as a case study object,Systematically analyzes the impact of government subsidy decline on BYD ’s R&D input, innovation output and research and development efficiency,And combined with BYD ’s financial performance to explore the impact of the government subsidy decline on BYD ’s dependence;last,The analysis concludes the research conclusions,And put forward specific and feasible suggestions.Through the analytical study,The following conclusions are drawn: First,In the early stage of the development of new energy vehicles,Due to immature technology and poor market share,Unit government subsidies for BYD ’s R&D investment, innovation output,r & d efficiency has a certain promotion effect;Second part,With the development of new energy vehicle technology, the increase of market competitiveness and the adjustment of government subsidy policies,BYD ’s sense of independent innovation has been gradually strengthened,Government subsidy reduction policy to a certain extent to promote BYD ’s R&D investment strength strengthened,Increasing its innovation output,Thus stimulating BYD ’s R&D and innovation capabilities,BYD is becoming increasingly dependent on government subsidies. This paper has important research value for studying how new energy vehicle enterprises can gradually get rid of their dependence on government subsidies and improve in the "post-government subsidy era" with independent innovation ability, and enriches the literature in the field of government subsidy research. |
