With the quickly development of Chinese construction industry,people’s material demand and living standards are also being improved,the number and scale of Chinese construction are also growing rapidly.With the rise of urban construction,a large number of intelligent buildings have begun to appear.While improving the residents’ quality of life,the energy consumption of building is also increasing gradually.In the energy consumption composition of buildings,central air conditioning system accounts for about More than half of building energy consumption.Therefore,research on energy conservation and consumption reduction of central air conditioning is particularly important for building energy saving and realizing sustainable development goals.Currently,Chinese central air conditioning system usually uses traditional PID control algorithm to adjust the control parameters(proportional gain,integral gain,differential gain)so that the system can achieve the best control effect.The traditional PID control is based on the precise mathematical model,and shows strong robustness and convenient operation in the control of linear system.However,the central air conditioning water system has the characteristics of nonlinear,time delay,a variety of interference factors,and there is no precise mathematical model,so the traditional PID control when used in the air conditioning water system with strong parameter time variation shows the shortcomings of weak anti-interference ability.The modern control theory is combined with the traditional PID control theory.The fuzzy control is mature in the modern control theory.It is the application of fuzzy mathematics in the control system,and it is a kind of nonlinear intelligent control,and does not need the precise mathematical model of the controlled object.However,fuzzy control has certain static deviation,and the traditional PID control can effectively adjust the static deviation.Therefore,a new fuzzy reasoning method,namely fuzzy PID control,is proposed to combine fuzzy control and traditional PID control to automatically adjust parameters under different environments.This method has stronger anti-interference ability.It has strong stability and higher control precision.Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional PID control on the central air conditioning water system,the fuzzy PID control is introduced into the central air conditioning water system for better regulation.Through SIMULINK simulation library based on MATLAB software to simulate the above control,through the simulation curve to judge the two control results,it is expected that fuzzy PID is more suitable for air conditioning water system regulation results.Finally,aiming at the situation that Building Automation control System is widely used in air conditioning system,this paper puts forward the combination of modern control and traditional control,using Building Automation System data as the basis,The fuzzy PID control algorithm is implemented in the central air conditioning control system of Wuhan Dream Time Ice and Snow Park.Based on the calculation of air-conditioning load and energy consumption,the optimization control of cold source system is carried out.According to the return temperature and set temperature of the digital direct controller feedback of the building control system,the "WEBs-N4" software developed based on BACnet protocol is used to realize the combination of the intelligent control system and the building automation system,so as to prove the feasibility of the control of the central air conditioning water system based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm.
