Office building is an essential part of People’s Daily work place. It is a modern intelligent building that is safe, efficient, comfortable and convenient. The central air conditioning control system as an important part of building automation system of the intelligent buildings, which play an important role in the office building. To be responsible for the internal air, returning air and supplying air temperature and humidity detection, motor control, setting, feedback, alarm, A/D conversion, as is closely related to the environment and people. Because of the central air conditioning control system internal system is very large, slowly running speed of technology is not perfect, resulting in the frequent phenomenon of lag, resulting in the waste of energy technical defects. This thesis carries on the study of control system of central air conditioning in office buildings. This paper has carried on the office building of central air-conditioning control system research. It presents the use of the communication ability of the hardware modules to complete the connection; the design of software programming using S7-200 PLC programming software Siemens.The water system of central air conditioning control system control part adopts fuzzy PID control method to improve the work efficiency. All aspects of the work are operable Siemens touch screen to complete the monitoring operation. The monitoring the simulation design of the Configuration King software has achieved the Real-time detection of control system.Specifically in the aspect of hardware design, mainly about the central air conditioning control system operation principle, using EPLAN software to draw the schematic diagram. According to the principle of selection of related hardware products Siemens Company’s hardware, make preparation for the paper. The part of software design, the use of S7-200 PLC programming software to complete the Siemens motor program, air temperature and humidity testing procedures, the process of temperature and humidity setting program, the valve feedback process,improved PID water system control program and fault alarm program is compiled.Improvement of water system regulation algorithm is one of the focuses of this paper,the design of fuzzy PID control system to make up for the shortcomings of traditional PID and fuzzy control to unilaterally in theory. Configuration software is used completes the Siemens touch screen control of the central air conditioning monitoring. In order to study the results show better, the use of configuration 6.53 simulation of central air conditioning control system the overall operation process and working process. And, repeatedly set the relevant parameters, to achieve desired.
