The recycling and utilization of pavement asphalt mixture refers to the process of milling the pavement after it is damaged,and adding new aggregates,new asphalt,asphalt recycling agents,etc.on the basis of the milling material to obtain recycled asphalt mixture.The recycling and utilization of asphalt mixtures not only saves resources such as stone and asphalt,but also reduces costs,responding to the call for national green ecological development.At present,there are problems with low cost-effectiveness and poor regeneration efficiency in the market for recycling agents.Therefore,it is necessary to propose a new type of asphalt recycling agent to improve the feasibility and economy of the recycling agent.Based on the investigation of existing asphalt regeneration principles and the composition of market regeneration agents,it is determined to develop regeneration agents using flax oil as the base oil.On this basis,non amine asphalt anti stripping agents and 70 # base asphalt are added to improve their adhesion and adhesion.Conduct asphalt related experiments to select the formula of the regeneration agent,and further verify its regeneration effect from three aspects: aged asphalt,asphalt slurry,and asphalt mixture.(1)Different degrees of aging asphalt(mild aging asphalt and severe aging asphalt)were prepared through a thin film oven to test its basic performance.Based on the investigation of the composition of the regeneration agent,flax oil,non amine asphalt anti stripping agent,and 70 # base asphalt were determined as the basic materials for the regeneration agent.On this basis,the basic performance test of recycled asphalt is conducted to determine the optimal mix ratio of recycled agent and the optimal dosage of recycled agent in two different aging degrees.(2)Two types of market recycling agents were selected: LKJ asphalt recycling agent and LURA asphalt recycling agent.The recycling performance of the two market recycling agents was compared with the self-developed new flax oil asphalt recycling agent.The effects on the performance of aged asphalt were studied from three aspects:basic physical properties,dynamic shear rheological properties,and low-temperature bending creep properties.The results showed that the new asphalt recycling agent had better performance recovery effect.(3)A new type of flaxseed oil asphalt regeneration agent is used to recycle old asphalt from road surfaces.The regeneration effect of old asphalt is analyzed from three aspects: basic physical properties,dynamic shear rheological properties,and low-temperature bending creep properties.On this basis,asphalt and mineral powder are mixed to prepare asphalt slurry,and the influence of a new flaxseed oil asphalt regeneration agent on the performance of asphalt slurry is explored,providing a basis for the research of recycled asphalt mixtures.(4)A new type of flaxseed oil asphalt recycling agent was used to prepare recycled asphalt mixtures with 30% and 50% waste asphalt mixtures.The performance of the recycled asphalt mixture was evaluated from three aspects: high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water stability.At the same time,LKJ recycling agent from the market was selected for comparative testing.The comprehensive analysis of the test results shows that the new flaxseed oil asphalt regeneration agent has excellent improvement effects on waste asphalt,can improve various performance indicators,and has excellent road performance.Figure [61] table [36] reference [75]... |
