| The main energy-consuming equipment in hospital public buildings includes central air conditioning,water supply and drainage,lighting,office equipment,elevators and other systems,among which the energy consumption of central air conditioning system accounts for about 40%~60% of the energy consumption of the whole building.The chillers account for about 60% of the air conditioning system.Magnetic levitation chillers have high energy efficiency ratio,which can greatly reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system.Currently,magnetic levitation centrifugal chillers have been widely used.This paper mainly describes the energy-saving needs of hospital buildings under the background of carbon neutrality,and summarizes the working principle of central air conditioning,the working principle of maglev centrifugal unit and the research status at home and abroad.In addition,the reasons for energy consumption of maglev unit system in central air conditioning system are expounded,and the evaluation indexes of system and maglev performance are analyzed and studied.At the same time,the energy-saving control measures of maglev air conditioning system are analyzed.At the same time,TRNSYS software is selected as the simulation tool to describe and analyze the mathematical formulas of magnetic levitation centrifugal unit,circulating pump,cooling tower,etc.The simulation model of a hospital public building was built to obtain the annual hourly load.The simulation model was built to simulate the fixed frequency system and frequency conversion system of maglev centrifuge respectively.And a hospital project research,the main analysis of system water conservancy and different water supply mode of operation energy consumption and economy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through comparative analysis,the total energy consumption of maglev centrifuge fixed frequency system is 1207898.65 kwh,and that of frequency conversion system is 928504.46 kwh.After frequency conversion regulation and control,the energy saving rate can reach 23.1%.The average cop of the fixed frequency system is 7.12,and the average COP of the system is 4.31.The average cop of the refrigeration system is 7.22,and the average COP of the system is 5.59.The average cop of frequency conversion system changes obviously,and the increase rate reaches 22.8%.(2)In the actual project,the energy consumption of the fixed-flow system of the primary pump,the variable flow system of the primary pump and the variable flow system of the secondary pump are analyzed.The variable water supply system is the primary pump type.The water supply is the most energy saving system,and the energy saving rate reaches 28.42%.Meanwhile,the economy of the primary pump system is analyzed.Through the above research and analysis,the magnetic levitation unit has higher energy saving and system stability,the magnetic levitation centrifuge frequency conversion system has higher energy saving compared with the fixed frequency system,and the variable flow rate of the primary pump has more economic and energy saving compared with other water supply methods. |
