As the embodiment of the new power system form in the medium and low voltage distribution network,the new power distribution system is the bridgehead for the construction of the new power system.The distribution transformer is significantly in ensuring the reliable access of distributed power,the supply and distribution of user power in the new power distribution system which product quality directly affects the safe and efficient operation of power grid.In this regard,this paper considers the research of intelligent review distribution transformer procurement based on total data and graph computation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the entire process data of distribution transformer bidding and procurement,the Selenium is used to efficiently obtain supplier credit data.At the same time,in response to the structured,semi-structured,and unstructured characteristics of distribution transformer procurement data,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion is realized by relying on optical character recognition file parsing and regular expression entity extraction.In addition,a graph database is introduced to establish a graph of the total data of distribution transformer procurement to provide data support for subsequent transformer intelligent review.Secondly,facing the new requirement of selecting best,a new idea of building a high-quality supplier domain of distribution transformers is proposed,and a number of quantitative bases for indicators are given from six dimensions,including technical level,resource strength,quality control,integrity evaluation,financial evaluation and comprehensive evaluation.Meanwhile,aiming at the problem of cluster analysis of high-dimensional data,research on supplier evaluation and procurement strategy optimization based on graph clustering is carried out,and a clustering parameter optimization criterion combining contour coefficient and Calinski-Harabaz index is proposed.It realizes the effective definition of the high-quality supplier domain of distribution transformers,and provides clear guidance and suggestions for performance setting and standard package division in procurement strategies,which helps the intelligent rejection of preliminary evaluation and optimization of procurement strategies.Finally,on the basis of the above research,an objective evaluation index system for distribution transformer procurement is established,and multi-dimensional index differentiation is realized based on quantile theory.Considering both static and dynamic aspects,an objective quantitative evaluation strategy of distribution transformers based on graph model is proposed,and a batch of 10kV distribution transformer procurement is carried out simulation verification.The results indicate that the intelligent procurement review research of distribution transformers based on total data and graph computation carried out in this paper not only provides positive guidance for supplier competition,but also effectively improves the overall quality and efficiency of the winning supplier group.This research provides strong support for the objective quantitative evaluation of distribution transformers and choice among competitive alternatives.
