| In this paper, Geographic Information System is analyzed, according to the current operating situation of Shijiazhuang Electric power bureau's distribution network and the old power grid configuration, a program about implementing GIS of Shijiazhuang lOkV and hereinafter's distribution network is presented. Using PB software as developing tool, ARC-INFO flatform and ORACLE database are used to analyze graph processing and data management, at the same time, they are designed and developed.
