With the improvement of social and economic level year by year,the number of private cars in our country has increased rapidly,but the construction of parking facilities has lagged far behind,resulting in the intensification of the contradiction between parking supply and demand.Especially in prosperous commercial areas and functional areas such as schools and hospitals,the problem of "parking difficulty" appears more prominent.The three-dimensional parking garage structure has been rapidly developed and applied due to its small footprint,high space utilization,and convenient parking and retrieval of vehicles.However,the traditional prefabricated construction method has shortcomings such as long construction cycle,so many high-altitude operations,and high process noise,which will seriously affect the normal production and life in nearby areas.Modular prefabricated buildings have a very high degree of industrialization,and have become an important development direction due to their advantages such as short production cycle,low labor intensity,and green environmental protection.This paper introduced the concept of modular construction into the three-dimensional parking garage structure,and proposed a solution of "factory prefabricated components,on-site assembly of modules,and hoisting to form a whole",and analyzed the mechanical properties of the modular three-dimensional parking garage structure from three levels:connection joint,modular structure and overall structure.First of all,this paper proposed a simple and efficient modular connection joint for the modular three-dimensional parking garage structure.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish a refined finite element model of the joint,and the static and hysteretic performance of the beam-column connection was studied.The parametric analysis of the thickness of the end plate,the thickness of the connecting plate,the number of bolts at the connecting plate and the length of the short cantilever beam were carried out.On this basis,the calculation formula of the initial stiffness of the joint was proposed by the component method,which is rapid to judge the stiffness of the joint quickly.The static analysis of the column-column flange connection was carried out,and improved itself according to the analysis results.Then,the above-mentioned modular connection joints were applied to the modular structure and the overall structure of the modular three-dimensional parking garage.The Multi Linear Plastic connection element in the SAP2000 finite element software was used to simulate the joints proposed in this paper,and the finite element model of the modular element was established to simulate the lifting process and find the optimal lifting method.After that,a simple modular structure and a complete modular three-dimensional parking garage structure finite element model were established,the lateral performance of the simple modular structure was analyzed,and the lateral movement of the overall structure under the action of horizontal wind loads was studied,and compared with the traditional rigid structure.The seismic performance of the structure was compared with the traditional rigid connection structure,and the influence of the stiffness change of the connection joint on the seismic response of the structure was studied.Finally,the seismic performance of modular three-dimensional parking garage structures with different support forms was studied.The method of dynamic time history analysis was used to study the seismic performance of two kinds of modular three-dimensional parking garage structures with compartment support and full support under the action of frequent and rare earthquakes.The seismic performance of the two modular structures was compared from the three aspects of the structural base shear force,the top layer displacement and the top layer acceleration response.The related research results of this paper are to propose a modular threedimensional parking garage connection joint and apply the joint to the highrise three-dimensional parking garage structure,which can provide a reference for the engineering application of the modular three-dimensional parking garage structure.
