| With the development of intelligent products,people’s needs have been upgraded from basic functional needs to deep emotional needs.Due to the serious aging of the population,the government is increasingly supporting the field of intelligent services.Intelligent service products,including shopping guide service robots,have become the focus of current design.Intelligent service products are no longer purely instrumentalized material forms,but carry the emotional sustenance of people’s daily lives in a role-based form.At present,although the supermarket shopping guide robot has complete functions,it lacks deep spiritual and cultural communication such as fun,so studying the emotional needs of users has become a necessary trend in product design research.The main research work and content of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,taking the supermarket shopping guide robot as the research object,the development trend of the supermarket shopping guide robot are analyzed.The related research methods of KE and the application flow of KE in product design are discussed.Second,the target user positioning,research and analysis of the target user needs,clear the main direction of product design.Determine the main design elements of the supermarket shopping guide robot that affect the user’s perceptual image,and construct a table of design elements.Thirdly,relevant research methods of Kansei engineering are used to explore the corresponding relationship between various perceptual image words and various modeling design elements.Emotional words were extracted from Likert scale questionnaire.Construct experimental sample library;The semantic difference scale questionnaire was established and the modeling design of supermarket shopping guide robot was qualitatively analyzed.Combined with SPSS data analysis software,multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on the questionnaire results to complete quantitative analysis.Fourthly,by summarizing the analysis results,we can know the relationship between design elements and perceptual needs,which can be applied to the modeling design practice of supermarket shopping guide robot.And the product design evaluation,to confirm the feasibility of product design.In this thesis,the KE is applied to the modeling design of supermarket shopping guide robot,and the correlation analysis is carried out between the modeling design elements and perceptual image,and combines the design principles,so as to realize the transformation between users’ perceptual needs and specific modeling characteristics of supermarket shopping guide robot,and provide reference and basis for the modeling design research of similar products. |
