There are many problems with the existing triangular warning frame,such as poor warning effect and the possibility of secondary accidents during placement,especially in special road conditions and complex environments,which are more prone to occur.Moreover,when accidents occur on highways,due to the lack of networking function,fast rescue cannot be obtained.In order to solve the problem of traffic warning and timely rescue of accidents,this paper uses Internet of Things and other technologies to design and implement a prototype system of Internet of Things traffic warning flying robot,which is composed of quadrotor flying robot body,remote controller,mobile phone and traffic management platform.Users can remotely control in real time,and the robot is equipped with a flashing light that can alert rear vehicles beyond the distance of view to prevent secondary accidents and ensure user safety.It can be used for traffic warning and sending nearby rescue information in various complex environments,and has a multifunctional function that integrates entertainment,leisure,and traffic warning during outdoor travel.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analyze the existing pain points in the industry field,elaborate on the research background and significance of the paper,summarize the current research status at home and abroad in the industry field,propose research objectives,content,and structure arrangement of the paper.(2)The system hardware architecture and software architecture are designed,and the system R&D process is given.(3)Design flight control board circuit and remote control circuit;Set up a flashing light device to enhance the warning effect.(4)Design remote communication protocols between mobile apps,remote controls,and flight robot bodies to extend the control distance of mobile phones.Design a virtual joystick for mobile app to achieve remote control of flying robots using mobile phones,which has the same control effect as the remote control.At the same time,it is connected to the traffic management platform through mobile phones.(5)Transplanting the Free RTOS operating system to the flight control board,providing a software development and running environment,and applying the Kalman filtering algorithm in the Free RTOS operating system environment;The dynamics,kinematics and control assignment models of the flying robot are established,and the two-level fuzzy PID control algorithm and other software are designed and applied.(6)By expanding and designing warning functions on mobile phones,accurate location of accident locations can be achieved,and the location information and surrounding environment can be displayed in the form of a two-dimensional map in the mobile app.At the same time,relevant location information can be conveniently and efficiently transmitted to the traffic management platform through the mobile app,facilitating rapid accident handling.(7)Test the traffic warning flight robot system,test the functions of remote control of the flight robot with mobile phones,such as pitch,yaw,roll operation,safe parking,stability of the flight robot,and warning functions.The test shows that the prototype system has good application and promotion value.
