Research On Tourist Center Design Of Adjacent Scenic Spots In Jingzhen From The Perspective Of "living And Traveling Together"

Under the background of China’s rural revitalization strategy,the domestic tourism industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.Tourist center plays a key role in improving the overall service level and quality of scenic spots.However,through the field investigation of tourist centers put into use,it is found that tourist centers differ greatly due to the imperfect construction standards and the lack of unified standards in construction.In different degrees,unreasonable functional allocation leads to poor tourist experience,or unreasonable scale allocation leads to the run on or waste of space resources.At the same time,the tourist center design of some adjacent scenic spots is too rigid.Therefore,this paper studies the functional configuration,scale quantification and moving line design of tourist centers in adjacent scenic spots of Jingzhen.Based on the annual number of visitors,this paper presents a qualitative analysis of the functional selection of tourist centers of different levels.According to the connotation of the maximum number of visitors to the visitor center,taking the peak daily number of visitors as the core data,the life cycle model of the tourist destination was introduced to quantitatively analyze the maximum number of visitors and the per capita use area of each function and other indicators within the design years.After comprehensive calculation,the overall scale of the visitor center was obtained.On the other hand,from the perspective of "accommodation and tourism integration",in order to improve the efficiency of the visitor center,the visitor center is taken as a part of the local township public service facilities to serve the residents.Therefore,the influence of the residents’ use on the function selection,scale quantification and moving line design principle of the visitor center is considered.Finally,combined with the actual case,the practical significance of the research results in evaluating the rationality of the economic indicators of the design scheme and guiding the design of the new project specification is tested.Through the overall qualitative and quantitative research,a systematic design process is formed for the function selection,scale quantification and moving line design principles of tourist centers in adjacent scenic spots of scenic towns,which provides a theoretical reference for the design of this type of tourist centers in the future,and is conducive to improving the construction standards and improving the service quality of scenic spots.
