| Single-pillar pier bridge is widely used in urban overpasses and viaducts.However,due to the lack of understanding of the anti-overturning capability of single-pillar pier Bridges,there are potential safety hazards in the design stage,which makes its lateral stability become the bottleneck of safety problems.In addition,serious overload problems exist in China,resulting in frequent capsize accidents of single-pillar pier Bridges,and there is no sign when the bridge overturns and collapses.It has caused bad social influence and economic loss.With the occurrence of many capsizing accidents and the aging of Bridges,it is urgent to check the calculation of single-pillar pier Bridges and put forward effective reinforcement measures for Bridges with hidden dangers.In this context,it is of great practical value to study the anti-overturning reinforcement measures of the single-column pier girder bridge.Taking a ramp bridge with single pillar pier in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper studies the design and mechanical performance of the steel cover beam for anti-overturning reinforcement of the single pillar pier bridge.The main research is as follows:(1)The research status and relevant theories of anti-overturning of single-pillar pier Bridges at home and abroad are introduced,the mechanism,failure forms and characteristics of overturning failure of single-pillar pier Bridges are analyzed,and then the commonly used anti-overturning reinforcement methods and applicable conditions of single-pillar pier Bridges are summarized.(2)The finite element software was used to analyze the anti-overturning safety of a single pillar pier bridge in Jiangxi province.The checking results showed that the anti-overturning stability coefficient of a single pillar pier bridge did not meet the requirements of the code.Therefore,the reinforcement method of adding steel cover beams was proposed,and the finite element software was used to check the antioverturning of the reinforced single pillar pier bridge.(3)The structural design,construction technology and matters for attention of the reinforced steel covered beam are introduced,and the finite element software is used to establish a model to check the force of each member of the reinforced steel covered beam.(4)Study the bonding effect of structural adhesive on the steel covered beam sleeve and concrete column and the influence of the length of steel covered concrete column on the stress of reinforced steel covered beam structure,and provide effective suggestions for the design of reinforced steel covered beam in similar projects in the future.(5)Finite element software was used for parametric analysis to study the influence of the implant height and distance of shear nails on the stress of the reinforced steel covered beam sleeve structure,for reference of engineering.(6)The influence of insufficient seam thickness on the force of reinforced steel covered beam and sleeve structure in the process of reinforced single pillar pier by steel covered beam and sleeve was studied,and the reinforcement measure of adding bullock leg was proposed,and the effectiveness of the reinforcement measure was further calculated and verified,which has good engineering application value. |
