| With the acceleration of economic development, the volume of hazardous materials transportation in China is continuously increasing, and the number of domestic hazardous materials accidents is increasing year by year.Route optimization is one of the most important means to reduce the risk and accident impact of hazardous materials transportation.Considering that the decision makers of hazardous materials transportation routes are mostly assumed to be completely rational in previous studies, the optimized route selection may deviate from the actual. Therefore, this paper will combine bounded rationality to study and analyse the problem of hazardous materials transportation route optimization.Firstly, this paper systematically analyses the influencing factors of hazardous materials road transport accidents, optimizes the Bayesian Networks model by using Pearson’s chi-squared test and Granger causality test, and determines the level of hazardous materials transport accidents and comprehensive transport accident consequence risk model by considering the severity of accidents, accident processing time, accident affected area, population density of accident road section, environmental characteristics of accident road section and other indicators. Then,on the basis of the risk analysis of hazardous materials transportation,a route optimization model with the objectives of transportation distance, transportation cost and transportation risk is established and solved by using the heap optimization Dijkstra algorithm, improved Dial algorithm and GRA algorithm. At the same time,a case is designed for analysis;finally, considering the bounded rationality of decision makers, through an empirical analysis of the principles and preferences of hazardous materials transportation enterprises in planning routes is conducted through a survey. The TODIM method is applied to construct a multi-objective optimisation model, and the solution results of TODIM model and the GRA algorithm are compared and analyzed with the case. The results show that the TODIM model for hazardous materials transportation route optimization with bounded rationality in mind improves the robustness and reliability of the optimization scheme and makes the solution results more consistent with the actual requirements. The study expands the research ideas in the field of hazardous materials transportation route optimization, and the applied method can effectively solve multi-objective hazardous materials transportation route optimization problems and provide reference for hazardous materials enterprise transportation route selection decisions. |
