The increased complexity of impact bridge equipment has put forward higher requirements for its fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance services,and impact bridges are mostly operated in the harsh environment in the field and are prone to failure,so it is important to build an intelligent fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance system to ensure reliable and smooth operation of the equipment.This thesis takes a certain type of impact bridge as the research object,based on artificial intelligence technology,simulation technology and visualization technology,applies digital twin to the intelligent operation and health management of impact bridge,proposes a digital twin-driven intelligent operation and maintenance scheme for impact bridge,and constructs an intelligent operation and maintenance system for impact bridge.The main research elements of this thesis are as follows:1)The overall scheme design of the digital twin-driven intelligent operation and maintenance system.Based on a detailed analysis of digital twin technology theory,application cases and the structure of impact bridges and their working principles,a digital twin five-dimensional model scheme suitable for impact bridges is designed,and each component of the five-dimensional model is defined and explained.Design the architecture and functions of the impact bridge intelligent operation and maintenance system.2)Research on the construction technology of the impact bridge twin entity mapping model.Driven by physical entity operation physical data and parameter attribute data,build impact bridge twin entity geometry model,operation mechanism model and simulation behaviour model,combine digital twin with simulation technology and visualisation technology to achieve accurate digital representation from real to virtual impact bridge.3)Research on twin entity data model construction and interaction-driven technology.Under the joint drive of data and model,the twin entity data model is established,and the digital twin is combined with fault diagnosis technology to realise intelligent operation and maintenance of impact bridges.The geometric model driving mechanism,behavioural model correction mechanism,data model updating mechanism and virtual-real connection interaction technology are studied,and the fault diagnosis mechanism of the intelligent operation and maintenance system is analysed in detail with three working conditions as examples.4)Digital twin-driven impact bridge intelligent operation and maintenance system implementation.Establishing each functional module of the impact bridge intelligent operation and maintenance system and demonstrating the functional realisation of each module,verifying the effectiveness and reliability of the system operation,realising the impact bridge intelligent operation and maintenance and guiding optimisation from the virtual to the real,forming a closed loop.
