| As a high-efficient and compact heat exchange device,plate-fin heat exchanger has advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency and strong pressure resistance,and is widely used in refrigeration,metallurgy,papermaking and many other industries.The plate-fin heat exchanger core component is the fins,which is the key heat transfer element.The acceptability of the shaping parameters such as height,diagonal length,and tooth number of the fin has a decisive impact on the performance of the plate-fin heat exchanger.Inspectors use measuring tools to measure the forming parameters of the fins and correct the deviation of the cutting tool installation to improve the quality of the fins.Therefore,the development of an integrated precise inspection device for fin forming parameters has important significance for improving the quality level of fins.In response to the detection of forming parameters such as fin height,diagonal length,and number of teeth,a laser detection technology based fin forming parameter detection system for plate fin heat exchangers is developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The design,hardware construction and calibration of the detection system,and research on fin forming parameter detection methods.Based on the double laser differential detection technology,calibration technical schemes such as laser displacement direction calibration with horizontal reference plane,laser perpendicular reference plane calibration,and dual-laser coaxial calibration were formulated.The fin forming parameter detection system was designed and built,and the process of laser detection for fin height,diagonal length,and number of teeth was proposed.(2)The software design of the detection system.The control software of the fin forming parameter detection system was designed and implemented using the Windows Form framework.The relevant technical requirements of the detection system in actual application scenarios were analyzed,and the data communication processing,experimental operation,user management,and other function modules were detailedly designed.Additionally,a regional division was performed on the software main interface.The detection system’s needs were achieved at the software level.(3)Research on the influence law of the detection system error.Research was conducted on the error types and sources of parameters such as fin height and diagonal length during precision detection.The static error influence rules of laser differential ranging equipment and twodimensional motor slide table device were analyzed,and the static error influence rules of the detection system were described.Dynamic error influence rules of motor scanning parameters and temperature on the system were also analyzed in detail.Experiments prove that the detection accuracy of fin height is ±35μm,the measurement accuracy of diagonal length is ±1mm,and the accuracy of tooth count is 100%.The forming parameters of fins detection system for the plate-heat exchanger developed during the process reached the design requirements. |
