Urban agglomeration is an important product of economic development,an inevitable trend of urban development, and a spatial form that improves the utilization rate of urban resources, comprehensive competitiveness, and promotes urban development.Transportation network is an important support for the national economy and an important infrastructure for the development of urban agglomeration. With the continuous development of urban agglomerations and the continuous expansion of the scale of transportation networks, people have increased the number of trips, frequent intercity exchanges, and the demand for travel in urban agglomerations is becoming increasingly strong, making intercity connections more complex. However,in recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, severe weather, and public health events, transportation between cities in urban agglomerations has been greatly affected.Considering the importance of transportation network to the development of national economy and the complexity, relevance and coupling between various transportation networks, local destruction will affect the effective cooperation and operation of the overall transportation network, this paper, based on the flight data of railway, highway and aviation transportation networks, adopts the complex network and resilience theory to face deliberate and random attacks such as the COVID-19 and sudden natural disasters,Construct a comprehensive transportation network complexity and resilience evaluation model for urban agglomeration at the county level, and take the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration as an example for analysis. The main research contents are:(1)The comprehensive transportation network model of urban agglomeration based on multi-source data is constructed.Based on the crawled data such as railway frequency data, highway passenger line data and aviation operation lines, the comprehensive transport network and complex characteristics index were constructed, and the differences between the complex characteristics of the comprehensive transport network and the three transport sub-networks were compared and analyzed. It was found that except for the aviation operation network with small average path length and poor density, the other networks belong to the small-world network.(2)The resilience evaluation model of urban agglomeration comprehensive transportation network based on multi-source data is constructed. An attack scenario was constructed for COVID-19 and emergencies, and an integrated transportation network toughness simulation evaluation process was designed for nodes or edges between different networks.A variety of attack scenarios were used to analyze the toughness level of the transportation network as a foundation.(3)Case study of urban agglomeration comprehensive transportation network resilience assessment.Combining the indicators of multi-layer integrated transportation networks, intentional attacks and random attacks are designed from the perspectives of nodes and edges.A comparative analysis of the resilience of integrated transportation networks and three subsystems facing nodes or edges between different networks is conducted. It is found that node attacks have a greater impact on transportation networks than edge attacks, and multi-layer integrated transportation networks are superior to single-layer networks in terms of resilience.
