Research On The Design Of Serviced Youth Apartment Based On Emotionalization Theory

Together with the swift advancement of the economy,the demographic make-up of urban populations is also subject to ongoing shifts because our nation is currently undergoing a time of sustained and rapid development.At the present time,the flood of young people has become an essential part of China’s urban talent reserve;yet,it has also brought the housing issues of young people with it.Faced with fierce competition in the real estate market,as well as their lack of funds,young people in the city are unable to get the sense of belonging and humanistic care that is their due because of factors such as high housing prices,traffic congestion,strangeness,and embarrassment to the city.This makes young people’s living pressure more heavy.The development of youth flats with a focus on providing services began very late in our country,and there was no established protocol or technique for their design.Therefore,this paper is studied with service-type youth apartments,facing the problem of their single lack of level,unreasonable spatial layout,and lack of belonging to youth groups.Based on the instinctive level,behavioral level,and reflection level in the theory of emotionalization,we adhere to the design principles of spatial perception synesthesia,functional space overlapping,communication and adaptive intersection,according to the emotions of the inhabitants and the need to realize the renovation and construction of the service-style youth apartment.On the basis of the theory of emotionalization,using the spatial level construction of the emotionalized theory,the service-style youth apartment residential space is divided into four space levels of "private space-half private space-half public space-public space" to space functional diversification and diversified development.Through the establishment of spatial emotions on the instinctive level,the stimulation of use emotions at the behavioral level,and the concrete design methods of awakening the emotions of the scene at the reflection level,it is possible to the creation of service youth apartments under the theory of emotion,thus meeting the living environment of the youth group,while also taking into account their psychological needs.Finally,this paper conducts a creative theoretical study of service-style youth apartment design under the theory of emotionalism with the aim of meeting the needs of youth groups and improving their life experiences.Provide scientific and human design strategies for their transitional dwellings to help them address the anxiety and strangeness of living in big cities,improve their quality of life,enhance their life value,and express humanitarian concern.
