| The new epoxy resin concrete is a kind of green polymer concrete material,which has the advantages of high strength,good elastic-plasticity,good impermeability and fast forming.With the rapid development of the construction field in recent years,the new epoxy resin concrete is widely used in repair,reinforcement and other fields.Because of its excellent material performance,the new epoxy resin concrete has great advantages as a structural member.In order to solve the problems such as insufficient strength of traditional materials and easy leakage of well joints,the inspection well joints made of new epoxy resin concrete have a great application prospect.In this paper,a new type of epoxy resin concrete is used to fabricate joint members of underground blowdown inspection Wells.Firstly,ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the buried mechanical performance of the single and double inspection well joint components of the new epoxy resin concrete under different hole sizes,different chamber wall thickness,different pipe wall thickness,different materials and other factors,so as to determine the optimal size of the new epoxy resin concrete inspection well components,providing a theoretical basis for the test.Secondly,a special detachable steel die component is developed.The innovative use of mechanical preparation to improve the preparation speed and simplify the preparation process;The new epoxy resin concrete is used for the first time as the connection filling material.Closed water test was designed to verify the feasibility of connection method and connection material.Finally,2:1scale single and double inspection well joint components were made,and soil boxes were used to carry out the test of the buried new epoxy resin concrete inspection well joint components,and the whole process visual loading device was developed.The ultimate bearing capacity,maximum settlement,failure pattern,crack development and strain curve of the component were obtained.The results show that the new epoxy resin concrete has high strength and can effectively control the deformation caused by load.Through the study of this paper,the influence of different factors on the mechanical performance of the new epoxy resin concrete inspection well joint member is determined,the production process of the material is optimized,the new inspection well joint connection material is explored,and the single and double joint member of the inspection well is buried in the ground test research,which provides a theoretical basis for the further application of the new epoxy concrete in the underground member.The wide application of the new epoxy resin concrete in the field of underground building structure is promoted. |
