| At the present,China’s urbanization development has started to shift from quantitative growth to quality improvement,and more and more traditional industrial parks have started to make the construction of industrial parks with urban-industrial integration or modern industrial new town as the goal of transformation.This change makes it necessary to re-evaluate,re-plan and use the existing resources and strengthen the functions of the built construction land.In 2018,the reform of the approval system of engineering construction projects included regional evaluation as an important matter in the reform,and Chongqing,as one of the pilot cities,was the only one to include the evaluation of the park greening program in the regional evaluation and to develop the "Chongqing Regional Overall Greening Evaluation Index System".Coinciding with the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks,the regional overall greening evaluation can test the adaptation of the industrial park green space system in the integrated development of industries and cities,and put forward targeted control requirements for green space layout and indicators at the stage of adjustment or modification of detailed control planning,so that it can not only better meet the changes in green space demand brought about by the current urban development,guarantee the coordination of the functional layout of each green space and the development of Long-term health,but also provide certain reference for the cities that subsequently carry out the assessment matters of regional landscaping programs.This paper selects Shuitu New Town in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area as the research object of overall regional greening evaluation,applies the theory and method of urban green space system planning and evaluation combining with the field research situation,carries out overall regional greening evaluation of the green space system in its detailed control plan and takes corresponding optimization measures according to the evaluation results,and finally obtains the following research results:(1)Based on the relevant literature,the objectives,principles and contents of green space system planning,as well as the evaluation tasks,index selection methods and evaluation methods of green space system evaluation are sorted out.Combining with the research of related scholars,we summarize that the green space system of industrial new cities,compared with that of industrial parks,has the characteristics of attaching importance to the construction of parks and green spaces,compounding land use functions and gradually opening up accessory green spaces,and conclude that the transformation process of industrial parks into industrial-city integration can adopt the green space system optimization approach of "clear objective-decomposition process-multiple development".(2)Studying the overall regional greening evaluation index system,it is found that the composition of its index system follows the principles of scientificity,hierarchy,systematization,operability and combination of qualitative and quantitative,and the level of green space construction and construction control in the region is examined from three aspects:quantity,spatial structure and quality.Its index assessments are mainly based on the Chongqing Urban Gardening Regulations,and some index requirements are consistent with the National Ecological Garden City Standards,and also fully takes into account the impact of different industrial park land use types on the overall green space rate in the region.(3)Based on analysing the location conditions,climate,humanities and history,and the current situation of garden plants of Shuitu New Town,and combining the relevant plans and the comparison and analysis between the plans and the current situation,it is found that the development goal of Shuitu New Town has changed from a high-tech industrial park to an industrial new town with urban-industrial integration,and its green space system has the characteristics of an industrial new town green space system initially,but the planning is relatively lagging behind,which is mainly reflected in The scale,type composition and spatial structure of urban green space do not match its development goal.(4)A comprehensive geographic database of green space system in Shuitu New Town was constructed based on Arc GIS,and its qualitative and quantitative evaluation was conducted.Based on the existing data conditions of Shuitu New City,the statistical analysis method,spatial analysis method and data collation method are selected to evaluate the overall regional greening of Shuitu New City.In terms of quantity,the evaluation results show that the overall green space scale is insufficient,which is mainly reflected in the small number of park green space and a large number of unbuilt plots with uncontrolled green space rate resulting in a large amount of subsidiary green space area not being counted.In terms of spatial structure,the distribution of park green space and square land cannot meet the requirements of the service radius of urban green space,but some of the regional green space has been developed into urban ecological parks,making up for the vacancy of park green space around some residential land;the width of green belts on both sides of some rivers is insufficient;a small amount of subsidiary green space near the road is centrally laid out and set up to the outside,enhancing the landscape of urban roads.In terms of quality,Shuitu New Town has promoted three-dimensional greening using side slopes and steep cans,and has taken perfect protection measures for ancient trees in the city,but the construction of economical green space is only reflected in material and water conservation.(5)Based on the evaluation results,the optimization targets corresponding to each index are proposed in combination with the development objectives of Shuitu New Town.Based on the principle of overall coordination and stock development,in the spatial structure,according to the function of green space,the park green space can be increased through land replacement and development of urban ecological park,and the service radius coverage of park green space and square land is increased from 81.32% to 100%;the green space attached to the construction land involved in the substandard green buffer zone is arranged on the side near the river,and together with the original green Together with the original green buffer zone to form a green buffer zone to meet the width requirements;the green space on both sides of the substandard urban landscape road will not meet the standard industrial land attached to the green space in accordance with the width required to meet the standard outside.In terms of the quantity of green space,it is necessary to clarify the green space rate requirement for the plots that have not been built or controlled,and adopt the method of green space increase and replacement,so that the overall green space rate of the area is increased to35.31% and the ratio of green space to square land reaches 10.00%.In terms of green space quality,the requirements for subsequent unbuilt plots for three-dimensional promotion are clarified,and construction measures for economical green space are constructed in terms of material and land conservation,as well as regular verification to maintain the current resources of old and valuable trees based on the timely protection of new old tree reserves. |
