| With the rapid development of social economy,science and technology and manufacturing industry,people’s material life has been greatly enriched,and people put forward higher requirements for living standards and spiritual satisfaction.In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in various fields.Emerging industries represented by intelligent home robots have also experienced leapfrog development.Service robots begin to try to break the problems of industrialization and gradually enter thousands of households.With the development of information technology,consumers’ personalized demands for products are more and more prominent,and they also put forward new requirements for intelligent living standards.Generation Z is a generation that grows up with the rapid development of the Internet.They have the courage to accept and try emerging technologies,have great curiosity about intelligent life,and have their own imagination and independent opinions.They have the ability to influence and even change the consumer market,which creates opportunities for the development and popularization of intelligent home robots.In this paper,the young generation Z as the target users,around the concept of user-centered design,intelligent home robot design and optimization research,to provide a new way of thinking for the combination of design theory and practice:through the quantitative data of user,product and designer design elements evaluation,analysis of product image cognitive differences,strengthen the connection between designers and users in the design process;By studying the emotional model and multi-modal interaction form of robots,the emotional needs of users are satisfied and the user experience is improved.Integrate user behavior,motivation and purpose into product design to achieve the comprehensive construction of user needs;Construct scene models and integrate situational art to enrich the user experience process,achieve the purpose of user experience consistency,and provide more humanized home life services.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which comprehensively describes the research background of intelligent home robots,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the comprehensive results analysis of the current generation Z academic research at home and abroad,and the research purpose,significance,methods,innovation points and research framework of this paper.The second part is an overview of Generation Z and smart home robots.Firstly,it analyzes the group characteristics,behavioral attitudes,consumption habits,generation effect and communication influence of Generation Z,and analyzes the growth background,characteristics and behavioral economic model of Generation X,Generation Y and Generation Z by distinguishing their intergenerational differences.Then,the definition and classification of smart home robots are defined,their technical characteristics and development constraints are analyzed,and new development opportunities of smart home service robots are analyzed based on generation Z group characteristics,technological change and use environment.The third part is the design method and design principle.Through the multi-dimensional analysis of the design elements of intelligent home robot products,the multi-dimensional design principle and method are innovated to realize the optimization of the dimensions of product interaction,emotion and scene design.The fourth part is the product design strategy,combining the previous theoretical research with the practical design practice,and improving the design quality by synthesizing the optimized product design methods and processes.The research method of the intelligent home robot based on Generation Z reflects the practical value of designing around the generation Z group,and reflects the significance and function of the research of this paper. |
