Throughout China,the rapid changes in industrialization,urbanization,population aging and family structure make our country facing more and more pressure in elderly care.The emergence of home service robots for the elderly is not only to meet the rigid demand of insufficient nurses in today's aging society,but also an important guarantee to improve the quality of human life.This topic synthetically applies multiple-aspect theory and method,such as design psychology,ergonomics,medicine,robotics,industrial design methodology.Moreover,it always implements the user-centered ideas,and takes smart home as the platform,the home service robot as the service medium,personalized customization service offered by the enterprise as the backing.In accordance with the systematic process of "user-questiondemand-design-evaluation",the goal is to solve the aging society problem based on meeting the needs of intelligent service for the aged and personalized demand.Therefore,the research is of great significance for the users and manufacturing enterprises.The main contents are as follows:(1)The subject defines the target user according to the self-care ability assessment scale,explores the humanistic needs from the perspective of their physiological and psychological characteristics and hidden ethical and moral crisis.It finally contribute to the demand model of community-home long-term care through health view and the design principle applicable to intelligent products for the elderly.(2)The subject builds the robot service system of "user,environment,product" on the platform of smart home environment,supplements the Sass-Holland theory to expand the target user into a co-participation type.The research utilizes qualitative and quantitative investigation methods to conduct a field survey in allusion to the target user,and summarizes five user needs.The priority order of user needs is guided by Maslow demand mechanism and Kano's demand theory,which is used as the direction of product conceptual design.(3)The subject makes the most of Function Snalysis System Technology(FAST)to transform the user's needs to the robot's functions that determines the way for enterprises to realize the co-participation type of home care service robot,and that builds an intelligent pension service system with it as the control center.(4)Following the trend that the market meets the individualized needs of the target users,the subject formulates a production strategy of personalized customization for the manufacturing enterprises,and designs a conceptual design scheme of the Co-participating home care robot in line with the production mode of the enterprises,and verifies the scheme's rationality from the quantitative evaluation of the users and enterprises.The systematic process of "user-question-demand-design-evaluation" to solve the aging society problem exists the logic reliability.The results indicate that the user-centered and market-oriented approach enables designers and manufacturers to return to the original intention of product design for the elderly--better service for the elderly.This paper lays a foundation for enriching and developing the assistant mode and product function design of the home service robot for the elderly,and it's of great significance to promote the industrialization process of home service robot for the elderly.
