Research On The Transformation Design Of Traditional Village Homestay Space In Jilin Province Under Rural Revitalization

With the deepening of reform and opening up,the rapid growth of urban economic construction,and at the same time,rural construction is in a slow or even stagnant state.In recent years,the contradictions caused by the imbalance between urban and rural development have become increasingly prominent.In order to promote the development of rural construction,the country has proposed the strategy of revitalizing rural areas and promoting the construction of rural ecological civilization.At the same time,the problem of accommodation for tourists in rural areas has also emerged,Rural homestays were born and developed rapidly from this.However,there is also a problem with the development of rural homestays.In some regions of China,some villages,in order to compete for the tourism market,neglect the local characteristics of local villages in the construction and development of homestays,and copy some well-known "internet celebrities" homestays that have already gained popularity and tourism market.This behavior of drinking poison to quench thirst is equivalent to losing the uniqueness of rural homestays,When these behaviors have gained a significant market share in tourism,rural areas that have not yet occupied the tourism market no longer focus on the correlation between local culture and homestays,and begin to compete to imitate.This has resulted in these identical homestays not only appearing out of place with the original village appearance,but also having no connection with the local traditional folk culture.Such a vicious cycle will lead to all rural famous homestays being the same and losing their true rural characteristics.Jilin Province is located in the northeast of China,and its traditional villages have strong elements of Northeast rural folk culture,which gives traditional village homestays inherent advantages in rural characteristic transformation.By exploring regional culture and integrating it into the spatial transformation of traditional village homestays,the core competitiveness of rural homestays in the northeast region and the development momentum of its tourism industry can be enhanced.This article first elaborates on the significance of the renovation design of homestays in the context of beautiful rural areas.By analyzing the positive effects of current policy development and rural homestays on rural revitalization,classic rural homestay cases at home and abroad are studied.Then,individual traditional village renovations in Jilin Province are surveyed and analyzed on site.Through literature review and relevant books,the application research of cultural elements of Northeast homestays in homestay space design is summarized and summarized.Finally,through practical research on the renovation design of homestays in Liujiazi Village,Xinzhan Town,Jiaohe City,some new ideas and certain references are provided for the renovation design of homestays in northeastern rural areas.Nowadays,there is an urgent need to have independent design ideas in the renovation of rural homestays.By combining the local natural ecology and folk characteristics,it can better showcase the local customs and regional characteristics in the renovation and design.Through good market effects,it can guide other villages to attach importance to local culture,and achieve that every rural homestay can have local characteristics,inherit and promote traditional rural culture,and promote sustainable development of rural construction.
