With the development of the economy and society,China is entering a new era centered on data,and information technology is becoming popular and applied in various industries.The manufacturing industry is a very important part of China’s economic development.Traditional manufacturing has low production efficiency and high resource consumption,and transformation and upgrading are the necessary path and innovation opportunities for its development.Based on this,this paper analyzes the motivation,path and results of T Group’s Digital transformation by combing the motivation path of enterprise’s Digital transformation and its relationship with enterprise performance,using case analysis and comparative analysis methods,and then collects indicator data from the financial and non-financial dimensions before and after the Digital transformation,and compares the performance effect of T Group horizontally and vertically,Analyze the impact mechanism and consequences of T Group’s Digital transformation on enterprise performance.Through the research,we found that: first,T Group completed the construction of digital factory,established Digital transformation department,and achieved comprehensive digital management through four Digital transformation paths:improving intelligent manufacturing capacity,building a digital platform,optimizing industrial structure,and establishing a financial sharing center.Second,Digital transformation promotes the financial performance of T Group.From a cost perspective,by using digital platforms to reduce enterprise production costs and period expenses,improve inventory turnover and capital operation capabilities;From the perspective of efficiency,the industrial structure has been optimized through Digital transformation,which has improved the profitability of enterprises and shareholder returns,and maintained the growth potential of enterprises.Third,T Group’s Digital transformation has improved the non-financial performance of enterprises.From the perspective of R&D innovation,enterprises should strengthen their digital R&D investment,increase the number of R&D projects and patent applications,and achieve the improvement of their technological level and innovation performance;From the perspective of personnel structure,change the production mode through Digital transformation,reduce the number of production personnel and sales personnel,increase the number of researchers,optimize the personnel structure,and improve the quality of talents;From the perspective of environmental governance,digital technology is used to monitor emissions,achieve energy conservation,emission reduction,and resource reuse,and improve environmental performance.This paper enriches the research results of the impact of Digital transformation on enterprise performance,and provides theoretical reference for other enterprises in Digital transformation.
