In recent years,with the depletion of fossil energy and environmental pollution,the development of green renewable energy has been rapid.Bidirectional converter has been widely used in the field of new energy generation and energy storage system because of its advantages of bidirectional energy flow and sinusoidal grid current.Since "transformation cost" and low consumption are two important indicators to measure the quality of the converter,there are relatively few literatures on the loss and cost analysis of the hardware main circuit of the bidirectional converter system.On the other hand,the traditional PI parameters are mostly based on trial and error,which is blind to some extent.For another theoretical analysis method of PI parameters,the compensation network can be designed in a targeted manner for system correction,but its calculation method is relatively complicated.For this reason,this paper launched researches:Aiming at the design problem of the main circuit parameters of the bidirectional converter,a filter inductor optimization design method considering the performance index of the AC side current waveform is proposed,and the DC side based on the voltage ripple is analyzed.Capacitor design method.Then,the loss calculation method of the main circuit parameters of the bidirectional converter is described.Taking economy and low energy consumption as the optimization goals,the parameter optimization design of the converter system is performed by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Aiming at the design problem of the controller PI parameters of the bidirectional converter,the reference coordinate setting method of the mathematical model of the bidirectional converter is firstly analyzed,and then the mathematical model of the bidirectional converter is established.Based on the theoretical analysis,the zero-pole points of the correction network are deduced,a PI correction network engineering approximate design method is proposed,which simplifies the calculation process of PI parameters.Aiming at the design of the bidirectional converter system,this paper first analyzes the hardware design method of the bidirectional converter,then designs the flow chart of the software programming,expounds the design method of the bidirectional PLL,and finally aims at the A/D in the DSP control system In the sampling link,an optimization design method is proposed,which can effectively improve the sampling accuracy of the system.Finally,a bidirectional converter is built by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the effectiveness of the PI correction network engineering approximation method and the main circuit parameter selection method is verified by simulation.Then,a bidirectional converter experimental prototype with DSPTMS320F28335 as the main control chip was built.The experimental results further proved the validity of the PI correction network engineering approximation method,the main circuit parameter optimization method and the system design.
