| Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the proposal and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has been regarded as a key task in China’s efforts to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and a modernized socialist country in an all-round way.The purpose is to promote the prosperity of rural industries,enhance the vitality of rural economy,establish and improve the system and system of integrated urban and rural development,and enhance the happiness of rural residents.Since then,the government has promoted a variety of industries to invest and develop in rural areas in various forms,including the construction of household photovoltaic.Household photovoltaic is the perfect combination of rural residents building roof and green energy pattern,through it can realize the green development concept of our country but also increase the income of rural residents and reduce the cost of electricity expenditure,in the long run from the perspective of development is a measure of benefit to the people.At the same time,the government has issued several documents related to the development of photovoltaic for household use,holding that "promoting the construction of photovoltaic clean energy in rural areas is one of the effective ways to consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation work.Photovoltaic power generation,as a green energy source,plays an irreplaceable role in rural revitalization.It can not only solve the problem of rural energy use,but also improve the livable environment in rural areas and promote the coordinated development of green economy.It is a powerful tool for rural revitalization." In this context,the installed capacity of household photovoltaic is increasing year by year,especially under the incentive of electricity price subsidy,the construction speed of household photovoltaic in rural areas is accelerating year by year.However,in recent years,as the quality of life of rural residents continues to improve and the number of household electrical equipment continues to increase,household electricity consumption increases accordingly,and is affected by the cancellation of electricity price subsidies and the high cost of household photovoltaic construction.In addition,many regions have implemented the tiered electricity consumption system,while household photovoltaic power generation is not conducted throughout the day,and residents need to purchase electricity from the grid.Especially for the residents who use stepped electricity,the cost of electricity is large.Whether the installation of household photovoltaic is economical and whether the household photovoltaic can develop healthily and sustainably has become the most concerned issue of the public.Taking Baoji Area of Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper first makes use of the existing theoretical knowledge of household photovoltaic construction,focuses on analyzing the idea of installing energy storage equipment in household photovoltaic projects,and then builds the economic evaluation model of household photovoltaic-energy storage system.Finally,it adopts the net present value,dynamic payback period and internal rate of return indicators in the economic evaluation model.A comprehensive analysis is made of the system income of household photovoltaic under the two conditions of full investment and loan investment,when residents use different levels of electricity,installing energy storage and not installing energy storage equipment.The research results show that,under the policy of no photovoltaic grid-connected price subsidy,the photovoltaic system installed with energy storage equipment will continue to increase with the increase of energy consumption of residents,the more annual energy released by energy storage batteries,and the income will continue to increase.However,in the photovoltaic system for household use without energy storage,the electricity consumption of residents increases,and the more electricity the grid purchases,the lower the income and even the loss.At the same time,it is further indicated that household PV is no longer economical in the mode without energy storage devices,especially for users using ladder power,the system benefits gradually decrease,so installing energy storage devices has become a new mode for the development of household PV under the background of rural revitalization. |
