Research On Landscape Design Based On The Theory Of Rehabilitation And Four-Season Health Preservation

In recent years,with the rapid development of cities,urban physical and mental problems and sub-health phenomena emerge in an endless stream,and people have a brand new understanding of health in the post-epidemic era.It makes people’s new pursuit for the environment of health preservation.While the concept of landscape recuperation gradually gets attention,the traditional environment of health preservation also comes into people’s sight.China has unique conditions on the material basis of the development of rehabilitation landscape.Whether it is the theory of traditional Chinese medicine or the idea of the unity of nature and man,since the Wei and Jin Dynasties,the hermit thought and the garden spirit have been interdependent,which can be said to be the sublimation of rehabilitation landscape.Through literature analysis and interdisciplinary method,this study attempts to explore the guiding thoughts that can be used to construct rehabilitation landscape from the four-season health preservation theory and related ancient books on health preservation.Excellent rehabilitation landscape is studied by case analysis and research,and rehabilitation landscape theory is constructed according to urban physical and mental problems and the elderly population.Based on the theoretical basis of western rehabilitation landscape research,this paper attempts to combine the traditional health preservation theory with healing landscape theory by graphical analysis,in order to form a rehabilitation landscape construction theory with Chinese characteristics.Based on the above theoretical research results,taking the design of Lunan Mountain hostel health care project as an example,based on theoretical research and design strategies,the design principles of harmony between nature and man,control of the whole,people-oriented and sustainable development are proposed.And according to the related health ancient books summary of each solar node detailed design strategy.According to the current conditions of Lunan Mountain environment,culture,location,vegetation and so on,according to the health stories recorded in each solar term,combined with the local culture to design related sightseeing activities,the completion of Lunan Mountain hostel type health design.
