The rapid development of the times and economy has brought increasingly delicate emotional needs to contemporary groups, and people are increasingly pursuing emotional sustenance and interaction.Pets are often seen as friends, companions,or relatives, and have become objects of emotional support for people. The number of pets and pet owners has been increasing year by year, and pet healthcare has also been receiving increasing attention from users. On the one hand, pet hospitals exhibit diverse and multifunctional development models, but the lack of design concept guidance in indoor space has become a development pain point; On the other hand, the need for pets to seek medical treatment, seek beauty and care has been embedded in daily life, and users’ emotional interaction needs for the indoor space of pet hospitals have increased. The refined emotional needs of users pose new challenges to the interior design of pet hospitals. The development structure of indoor space and the emotional needs of users jointly push the interior design of pet hospitals towards the direction of emotional and interactive development. Therefore, this project focuses on the design concept of indoor space and emotional interaction in pet hospitals, aiming to broaden the current operational scope of indoor space in pet hospitals, extend the application path of emotional interaction design concept in indoor space, and construct a comprehensive and systematic design theory system for indoor emotional and interaction needs in pet hospitals,so as to meet the current practical needs,Realize emotional resonance between users and the indoor space of pet hospitals. Therefore, this article analyzes and summarizes the current difficulties and causes of indoor development in pet hospitals through a series of survey and research methods such as on-site research visits, distribution of survey questionnaires, literature research, and case analysis. It summarizes and analyzes the basic concepts of pet hospitals and emotional interaction design theory, and proposes three levels of types of spaces to achieve emotional interaction forms: situational space, situational space, and emotional space, focusing on cognition, interaction From a symbolic perspective, analyze, construct, and construct different spaces, starting from users(pets, pet owners, and pet healthcare),and construct a design method that adapts to the emotions and interactions of indoor spaces in pet hospitals. To be specific, the topic first conducts multi-dimensional analysis of the indoor space scene of the pet hospital. From the four dimensions of market, space, sense, and emotion,it corresponds to the four constraints of logic, semantics, physiology, and culture to generate the basic cognitive scene space;Secondly, the experience construction of the indoor space situation of the pet hospital is carried out.Based on the four construction elements of users, behavior, experience and space, starting from the type of interaction,it promotes the formation of a complete and closed context interaction construction idea, and constructs an interactive context space from the three directions of indoor layout, streamline and interface; Finally, based on the basic characteristics of emotional emotions, summarize emotional externalization symbols, summarize the basic types and presentation rules of emotional symbols, propose strategies for constructing emotional symbols, and form a symbolic emotional space. The project aims to elevate the specific feelings of users in the indoor space of pet hospitals from three levels: scenario, context, and emotion, and ultimately apply them in design cases.Through the research of this topic,it is hoped to provide a positive driving force for the indoor design of pet hospitals and the application of emotional interaction design theory, and to form a certain reference significance for the emotional and interactive indoor design of pet hospitals.
