Thermal battery as a new energy reserve,its development demand is increasing,but at present thermal domestic battery assembly is still relatively backward.In order to improve the assembly efficiency,assembly accuracy and reliability of the thermal battery and reduce the waste of human resources in the traditional assembly process,according to the assembly process and assembly requirements of the traditional thermal battery,design and implement a set of thermal battery automatic assembly control system with high degree of automation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the structure of the thermal battery is introduced and analyzed,and the existing problems and shortcomings of the traditional assembly technology are summarized by analyzing the traditional assembly technology of the thermal battery.At the same time,according to the requirements of automatic assembly,the overall control scheme of electrode sheet automatic stacking part,lead bending part,mica sheet wrapping part and thermal insulation cotton winding part are determined.Including visual recognition,motion control and airway control and the system structure of each part.According to the functions to be realized by each part of the control system,the number of input and output terminals required and other functional interfaces are counted and the key components are calculated to complete the selection of hardware.Secondly,the communication scheme is determined according to the actual situation,the overall process design of thermal battery automatic assembly is completed,and each part is built in kind.The automatic assembly process of electrode sheet automatic stacking,lead bending,mica sheet wrapping and thermal insulation cotton wrapping was established.Then the image acquisition and processing of the vision part and the field of view transformation between the pixel coordinate system and the world coordinate system in monocular camera are completed,and the fuzzy PID control system is established.The programming and error information display of lead bending and mica wrapping LabVIEW are completed,and the fuzzy PID control system is used in the control system.I/O terminal address assignment and program writing for the insulation cotton winding part PLC;PID is used to automatically adjust the gas pressure of each part of the gas circuit to realize the pressure regulation of the stack.Finally,the human-computer interface of the automatic stacking of electrode pads is built,the accuracy of each actuator is measured and the error is compensated automatically.Complete calculation and analysis of stress condition of key parts to ensure stable and reliable operation of automatic control system.The actual assembly test of each part is completed,and the results show that the electrode pad automatic stack control system meets the requirements and the overall assembly success rate is96%.The mica sheet feeding mechanism control system can meet the requirements of stable feeding,the thermal insulation cotton winding control system is feasible and the final assembly success rate is 92.6%.The assembly cycle of single insulation cotton winding is about 57.315 s,and the control scheme is feasible.
