In this study, using gypsum as main cementing material, industrial waste slag, steel slagas aggregate, through the combined addition of cotton straw, ordinary silicic acid cement andother materials, adding70mm thick EPS plate to the inner side, made gypsum-basedcompound ecological insulation panel cotton stalks. And by adding admixture mod, improvedthe physical and mechanical properties, developed "lightweight thermal insulation buildingwall plate"(GB/T23450-2009) of the outer wall thermal insulation board. This study willprovide effective way for the comprehensive utilization of industrial, agricultural wastematerial resources, and provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for application ofgypsum based compound ecological wall insulation cotton stalk.The paper studied the mix proportion of raw materials and additives on the main physicaland mechanical properties of the wall, through different mixture of gypsum, slag, steel slag,cotton stalk fiber and cement admixture studied the effects on physical and mechanicalproperties of the wall.The main research work carried out in the following procedure:1) Through using single factor in laboratory studies determined the material ratio, andobtained the optimal mixing ratio of wall specimens. Through compression, bending test,obtained the basic physical and mechanical properties of sample index.2) Then under the foundation of optimal mixing ratio, through adding admixture, studiedthe impact of water-reducing agent, waterproofing agent, ordinary portland cements ongypsum-based cotton stalk compound ecological insulation panels.3)Under the laboratory test data, tested in the factory to produce insulation panels, themain physical and mechanical indicators required by "The building lightweight insulationwall slats "(GB/T23450-2009), commissioned to professional testing organization for thedetection of the specifications of the performance indicators, test results meet regulatoryrequirements.Through the test results, proved the gypsum-based cotton stalk composite insulationpanels can take full advantage of industrial and agriculture waste, trial development of theinsulation panels can be used as industrial and agricultural building and to promote the use ofretaining wall.
