In the military products manufacturing industry,enterprises are still using manual participation in the production of products,there are unstable product quality,personal safety can not be guaranteed and other problems.In this paper,the transfer line project of a missile body automatic assembly production line is designed and the motion stability analysis of the motion process with high risk coefficient is carried out,so as to realize the goal of "replacing man by machine" and "unmanned production".The main research contents are as follows:(1)From the purpose,manufacturer,nature and other aspects of the common industrial robot and conveyor line comparative analysis,selected for the automatic production line transfer line project of the transfer line robot and conveyor line,so that the production line overall automation,intelligent.(2)Based on the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks,the mechanical structure design of the special aircraft was carried out for the position of coating glue on the drug surface,tightening of the springtail and installation of primer in the process of the assembly of a projectile body in the course of the transfer engineering,eliminating the adverse effects caused by manual participation in the position of coating glue,tightening of the springtail and installation of primer in the past production of projectile body.(3)Motion simulation and motion stability analysis are carried out based on ADAMS simulation software for the bullet body’s wire turning process,projectile body jacking rotation process,springtail tightening process and primer screwing process with high risk coefficient in wire turning engineering.Through the output displacement,velocity and acceleration change curves,the above four motion processes are judged to have motion stability.Ensure safe and reliable production process.(4)Based on Python+Open CV+Tensorflow,a set of image recognition system was compiled for the identification of projectile spray code and the identification of drug coating results,which reduced the instability of the quality of processed products.This paper proposes a development scheme of MES information system with Vue as the framework,Echarts as the visualization chart library as the front end,and micro-service composed of Go language +Java as the back end,so as to realize the visualization of shell logistics and production data.
