With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,there are more and more high-rise buildings in the city.As an indispensable vertical means of transportation in people’s lives,elevators appear more frequently in people’s lives.People also put forward higher requirements for the intelligence and safety of elevators.Safety and intelligence are not only the most concerned performance of users,but also an important indicator to measure the quality of elevator,and also an important indicator to measure the difficulty of elevator operation.The existing elevator fault detection and alarm system has the shortcomings of humanity and intelligence.For some old elevator control systems,the intelligent upload function of fault information is not considered in the design,and the improvement of these elevator control systems is needed to meet the requirements of intelligence.Because the elevator belongs to special equipment,the safety of its control system has special requirements,so it is very difficult to reform the main control system of each type of elevator.In view of the shortcomings of the existing elevator fault detection and alarm system,this paper proposes to use image acquisition and recognition technology in the Internet of things environment to automatically identify the elevator fault code,timely and accurately report the fault information,improve the intelligence and safety of the elevator,and effectively reduce the operation difficulty of the elevator operation enterprises.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.This paper analyzes the development status and advantages and disadvantages of the existing elevator monitoring and alarm system.Through the analysis of character recognition technology based on image processing,a technical scheme of automatic identification of elevator fault code based on image processing and recognition technology is proposed.Combined with the use scenarios of elevator node status information acquisition and identification system,the overall technical structure and system operation process of the system are sorted out,and the outline design is carried out.2.According to the actual needs of the camera selection,and using Zhang Zhengyou plane camera calibration method to calibrate the camera,to ensure that the image acquisition system can get the correct and easy to process image;the image acquisition system to obtainthe image preprocessing,including image graying,using median filtering algorithm for image denoising,using Otsu algorithm for image binarization,programming to achieve the positioning and segmentation of digital tube characters,etc;Through the comparison of the effect,the character recognition algorithm based on KNN algorithm is selected for character recognition,and the related functions are realized by coding.The algorithm efficiency evaluation and analysis of the digital tube character detection algorithm and recognition algorithm are carried out.Through the experimental platform and actual operation test,the number of elevators is obtained through the analysis of experimental data The code tube character recognition preparation rate reaches 99.85%.3.For the server program of the image acquisition and identification management system of elevator node status information,according to the use of the system,the database structure and table structure are designed,the server management program is developed,and the Android client is developed,which is convenient for the property management center to quickly notify the maintenance personnel.4.In the end,the paper summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward some prospects for further research. |
